Premier Inn Macclesfield South West

This was a great base for the area. The hotel was very comfortable, the shower was amazing! Couldn't fault the staff, they were all friendly and helpful. Any problems that occured were quickly sorted out. Look forward to returning again soon.

Booked in here for a 4 day work trip which ended up being 11 days, even though it ended up on multiple bookings Christopher and Debbie sorted it so i could stay in the same room or the whole stay. tv was missing a few channels again Debbie got it sorted pretty quick. room comfortable as always in premier inn. Christopher has been brilliant very welcoming and chatty, giving info on places to visit and making sure i was ok each evening, thank you christopher you have been amazing. Debbie again has made me feel extremely welcome and nothing was to much for her. Both these members of staff are an absolute credit to your company and should be awarded for their customer service skills thank you both again 😁

Was a bit unsure about the night staff as couldn’t get hold of but could hear someone in the office. Comfy beds rooms ok. Breakfast was good. Just felt as had no service in the hotel. Carpark space very good. Pub next door very nice. Rooms clean and tidy.

Hotel was clean, out of town so reasonably quiet we were there the 4th jan, didnt use the pub for evening meal but the breakfast was very nice and a great selection. What more can you write to reach the two hundred character limit before the review is long enough bored now and wow 242 characters.

The room was of a very good standard, especially for the reasonable price of £55 per night. I actually ended up extending my stay because I wasn't ready to leave! Special mention must go to Christopher who was working at reception during my visit, and his manager Mike. On New Years's Day I made a mistake by booking my room extension at the wrong Premiere Inn location. The fee was non-refundable, however both Christopher on reception and Mike the manager (by way of a phone call as it was his day off!) worked some sort of magic and managed to switch over my room to the right location at no extra cost to myself, completely saving the day and allowing me to continue enjoying my New Year's Day celebration. I'm very grateful for their hard work and patience. I'd definitely stay there again.

The hotel is absolutely fine, just what you expect from Premier Inn but…, and this is a big but, the breakfast provided by the adjoining pub was diabolical. “Unlimited breakfast” - as Jim Royle would say “My a**e”. Limited breakfast is a better description. One poor lad doing his best to deal with all the customers, very limited continental choice, a water urn that was not much bigger than a kettle, cooked breakfast that had to be ordered one table at a time and took 15 mins to arrive, black pudding that was the thinnest possible slices and then grilled until crispy, a toaster that took forever. I could go on but life is too short. Suffice to say we got a full refund. Greene King who are contracted by Premier Inn to provide breakfast are letting them down big time.
