This hotel is amazing however when i got there they said that i was cancelled due to not having my area code. I booked through *******. I have booked through ******* forever and no problems- the front desk lady finally found me a room b/c they were booked but that was very scary late at night when i had booked this months ago!

My stay was great, my only complaint was the toilet ran off and on all the time. I didn’t make a complaint about it though.

Every experience I had checking in and also just asking for help at the front desk with morning service and evening service. All the staffing members were friendly and eager to be helpful. I can't wait to come and stay there again 😍.

I found the "Blue" LED parking lot lighting annoying and insufficiently dark.

Great hotel
Nice, quiet location. Spacious rooms with comfy beds, and great staff that really made me feel welcome. Breakfast was also very good. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Satisfied
This Hampton Inn met all of my expectations. There was a new check in greeting with foid and beverages. Everything was very clean and in order with a friendly staff. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The bed slept nicely and no weird smells or obnoxious noises. This Hampton is in a very safe location with many places to eat and located not too far from Jacksonville. I would stay here again for the comfort and safety, convenience.

Great stay. Had intended to stay on my return trip. But room rates where much higher (especially for a needed Thursday night stay); so I had to reserve a room at another MacClenney lodging. But will hope to stay at this Hampton Inn sometime in future.
