Everything is good except the bed which is quite hard. Thanks to Catherine for the special room decor & tart for birthday celebration as well as info to eating places and ways around. Late checkout was also given for IHG member. Location near bus terminus. Free hotel shuttle to Sands ******. From Sands ******, there are several shuttle buses to ferry terminals, The Venetian, and The Londoner/Parisian. A very pleasant stay in Hotel Crowne Plaza Macau. Will stay in this hotel if ever be back in Macau.

Nice and clean, we booked 2 rooms in advance but unfortunately one room was stinking with dampness smell, we were switched to other room which was little away from our 2nd room. 2nd room we were provided was apparently little lower grade with hotel roof top veiw. Breakfast was NOT worth money at all. There is Caseno on groundfloor which was mostly closed with very few tables oprating only for poker. There are few restaurants next to hotel, but is not very lively. On the brighter side - Itsnice for person who comes to Macau for relaxing. Across the road by, foot bridge is Ocean's caseno which is more popular and outside Ocean can get several FREE shuttle buses to Cotai ***** and Taipa caseno from morning 10am to 8pm, so you can save some transport cost and visit Vinitian, Parsian, etc famous hotels.

You can tell the hotel’s age by its lobby, and it can get really busy especially in the afternoon and with a ****** connected to it. While the hotel room itself is spacious, clean and well appointed, the overall design of the hotel is a very typical tacky type of grandeur you would find in **************. It has that dark, busy design. The people working there were very friendly and helpful however, and the breakfast was fantastic. They have a cheese platter, deli meats, breakfast burritos, different kinds of oils and sauces for pasta, salmon, rye bread, and the pastry on offer was really good, especially the flavored croissants.

The hotel is close to the streets where you can find local restaurants for dinner and stalls for commodities. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I really like the toddlers dental kit super cute, and gave us more bath robe. I could see the swimming pool from the windows. The swimming pool water was clean and we love the pool since it’s has a heater. And the good thing if you don’t have a sunblock, a huge gallon available there which is free to use. And we did enjoy at the jacuzzi. There are lots of expensive stores around if you want to shop. The staffs are very friend and gave us fruits in the room.

It's classical looking place, the amenities were good. However the service was poor, we asked to help us book a taxi from the ferry, they concierge told us there would be plenty of taxis at the ferry port, this was not true at all.

Good location if you want to travel to the upper of Macau. The location is a little bit far from the Tapei. Nice Price. But the check-in takes a very long time. Not many facilities in the hotel either. The air conditioner cannot provide cold air temperatures.

Very nice new hotel, small and beautiful. Compact room space with complete amenities for hotels. Very impressed with one of the customer service named Yanny. She is very helpful to explain the transportation to some tourist places. It makes us easy and convenient to travel. she also checked our route and available bus schedule. There are some food stalls and supermarket nearby The hotel location is near some big hotels free shuttle bus station too. Standard breakfast but still ok. Thank you...

Fu Hua hotel is located in the old town area. Location is very accessible to all kinds of food, transport. We could walk leisurely to the old town attractions. Overall the hotel was not bad, we were assigned a beautiful western style room. There are bus stops near the hotel so it was easy to go to places. The hotel is also closed to some tourist attraction places. The downside is that some furnitures in the room were visibly old and scratched. The inside of the drawers were not particularly clean, but it was usable. Also while we were waiting for our table in the hotel restaurant, a huge cockroach literally crawled in front of us… luckily the staff saw it and killed it immediately.

The hotel was just okay. The walls are super thin, which makes it hard to sleep. My bath tub wasn't working so i had to call reception, & when they came to fix it, i asked the water temperature because its luke warm, NOT hot & i was told ”thats just the way it is”... Also they have very limited ways of taking the deposit, their machines wouldn't take my visa debit card, master credit card or my union pay card, so at 10:30pm i had to take a taxi all the way back to the airport to withdraw money! also the ”shuttle bus” they have doesn't include the airport, and only starts at 11:45 am.

It was my first time to stay at Resorts World Hotel. As soon as I arrived at the slope of the hotel entrance, a waiter suddenly ran up from a distance. He enthusiastically took my suitcase and led me all the way to the hotel front desk to check in. Then he helped me put my suitcase away. Delivered to the room, it feels like five-star treatment! The curtains in the room are automatic and open as soon as you enter the door. The color matching of the entire room makes you feel refreshing and comfortable. The visual effect of hygiene is also very good. You can't help but want to take a few photos and watch them while lying on the bed. Looking at the beautiful lake view outside the window, there are no densely packed high-rise buildings, and it feels like being on a quiet seaside. What I remember praising is the location. There is a bus terminal at the door, making it convenient to go anywhere! The 6 yuan MT1 takes you to the airport in half an hour, so convenient!

The location is very good, very convenient and very close to Ruins of St. Paul's. The entire decoration of the hotel is relatively new and looks very bright and clean. There was a problem with the toilet in the bathroom at first, but luckily the Filipino guy at the front desk helped us solve it. He was really nice, friendly, and efficient. Although the room is small, it is fully functional and not very noisy at night. The only thing is that the windows cannot be opened for ventilation. What kind of bicycle do you want at this price? I will stay here again next time I come

Woow wooow wooow this hotel is amazing 🤩 i mean this is the best place to stay . The money is worth it . The staff is amazing . The room is great though i had a small room the bed omg it was soft i was just sinking in made me remember of home i loved the bed . The room is clean smells good. And it has a bathtub. 🤩 This is really the best place to stay in Maau its also convinced there's a 24/hr supermarket near by , a lot if restaurants .
