The theme of l'occitane is quite comfortable and attractive! But I don't understand why I have to wait until 3:30pm to check in at 3pm?🙄
The staff at the front desk are very polite, but the white uniformed staff in charge of baggage storage are not polite, especially the man with glasses! I understand that it is a hard job, but he could have been a bit more polite! 😐 The hotel room is very nice, but how many seconds does it take to press the lift button? Many travellers don't know what's going on with the lift button!🧐 And the location is not very convenient! There is no shuttle bus to connect to the hotel, so I have to take a taxi every time!

location of the hotel is not very good, a bit far away to those famous hotel/casino. but enjoying Loccitane toiletries is the main reason staying here.

Nice Loccitane floors, friendly services except late check out is not available. Other than that, overall experience is above average

Heard it was a great experience, the room was big and bathroom is phenomenal. The LINE friends characters downstairs were cute as well. They have shuttle buses to different ports, although they took the bus so didn’t use it I can imagine for ferries it’d be quite useful.

We had a very nice stay in Maison Loccitane ! The staff is very nice and very approachable pluse they have a lot of loccitane products in the room which is free to use and it’s a lot! The room is very spacious and the toilet is big aswell. And i like the indoor swimming pool too! Thankyou Trip.com ! Thanks maison loccitane we will surely back again!❤️❤️❤️❤️

The room were clean , we are initially given smoking room . But becos of the strong smoke smell we requested to change to nonsmoking room . Which they also immediately change for us .
The bed were comfortable and was given baby cot for my young infant
The hotel lobby was so nice with bear and stuff for kids to take photo and play
The hotel building comprises of the highest floor named loccaitane Maison . Very nice smell and comfortable

Highly Recommended. The Hotel is clean, smell good, and the service is excellent. The only thing can be exhance is the transportation. There is only 1 shuttle to Wynn Palace in every 20mins and not much taxi.

Check in took a while and was given a room with the dump site view. Breakfast at Angela’s cafe was ok, tables are tiny but the staff are very nice.
