Having a good time during the typhoon with ny friend, good staff when dealong with the typhoon request also having patience to make special arrangements due to the typhoon.
Will continue to support and confirm this is the highest CP value 5 stars hotel in Macau.

It was a great stay at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. The room with balcony was nice and facing swimming pool and racecourse. We enjoyed Chinese tea before we left and took hotel free shuttle bus to Gongbei Port. Staff were nice and friendly especially thanks Legend's recommendation.

This was the third or fourth time I’ve stayed at this hotel, each time for a week or more. They give you a nice discount for longer stays. I especially like the pool overlooking the race track although sadly there is no more horse racing in Macau. I plan on staying here again. While the hotel is not as well located as some others, it’s between most bus and LRT stops, the price makes it worthwhile. Plus burning a few extra calories never hurts.

Pros,
- Stunning view with cleaned windows - unlike others without proper maintenance.
- Functional AC & temperature control
- Clean bed/washroom with sufficient toiletries
- 5 restaurants with different types of cuisine
- Gym & outdoor pool
Cons,
- Bit far and no shuttle from HZMB Macao Port. Not much to walk/visit around the hotel area.
- cockroaches(alike)/insect was found on the bottom of the pool, though lifeguard took immediate action, still a big minus
- we arrived earlier than we expect and understood the check-in time not available till 15:00 but the receptionist kept repeating the check-in time without other solutions nor asking us to take a seat/wait/whatever.
It sounds like, not my problem that you arrive earlier, and bothering him to check out other customers which they had no customers to checkout at that moment.
Overall,
Reasonable price, stunning view and well equipped gym. We had a wonderful stay last year but not this time with such reply from the beginning of the stay and poor pool hygiene.

Terrible breakfast. The restaurant for breakfast has not a good structure or decoration. Food was cold and was not fresh . Bread served was old . Slow check out .
