Cleanliness of my god!!! Very BAD. First i enter the room 1013 the smell was damn bad. I was tot it will be just awhile den nvm. i try to spray some perfume in the room it better. Then after that only i realise is the aircond smell maybe the filter was not changes as i off the aircond the smell goes off. Then i went shower after that only i realise the hairdryer! Can you see from the picture the dust like so thick. It was a nightmare of this. Den all places will have dust and stain in the bathroom.. will i come back NO! will i recommend NO!

we enjoyed our stay! it was in a great location. and the room is very spacious.

I stayed here for three days, and it was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. This is by far the worst four-star hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The soundproofing is terrible—you can clearly hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Even more frustrating, despite keeping the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the entire time, housekeeping still knocked on my door three separate times while I was inside the room—up until 4 PM. It felt like they completely ignored the sign and didn’t respect guest privacy. One day, I was in the room the whole day and forgot to lock the door. Around 3 PM, even though the “Do Not Disturb” light was still on, someone from the hotel just came in using their key card without knocking. It really scared me. I wasn’t expecting anyone, and they just walked in like that—it felt so wrong and unsafe. The hotel facilities are also really lacking. There isn’t even a basic gym, and the location is remote and inconvenient. On top of that, unlike most hotels in the area, this one doesn’t even have a ******. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s far below the standard of what you’d expect from a four-star property, and I felt uncomfortable and disappointed during my stay.
