Nice family trip with a great stay at Grand Lisboa Palace Macau🥰 Free room upgrade to Suite which was a big surprise and the rooms were extremely good! There were also free cakes for celebrating anniversary😋 Everything was good except the long waiting time for getting our rooms.We booked for 2 rooms and could only get 1 room when we arrived at 1530, and finally got another room at 1900 (3.5 hrs waiting time). We kept checking with front desk staff and knew that the room cleaning was not completed even we had already waited for more than 3 hrs). We understood that the hotel booking was so full during the long weekend and hotel staff needed more time to handle with room check-in and cleaning but this was still unacceptable for us to wait this long and our stay time in this hotel room was therefore shortened a lot.

We stay at hotel on 11 June 2024 your room and public area it very clean.breakfast from in room dining it very delicious and competitive price.the staff are very friendly and helpful but it would be even better if the housekeeper spoke English.

This hotel is the best I've stayed at recently, with excellent service, rooms, and location. Since this trip was to celebrate my birthday, I'm very grateful to the front desk staff for arranging an upgrade to a suite. They also prepared a birthday cake for me. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and others for birthday celebrations. The experience was perfect. The hotpot restaurant inside the hotel is awesome too!

Value for money stay Room is big Free shuttle buses bringing u to multiple places of interest Shopping malls are not crowded and please visit the gardens and indoor swimming pool!
