On the previous day I was assigned room close to lift and passage area. The place was good and not noisy . However the TV was out of order. It is impossible to call repair service in the small hours. Next day, since the TV problem I was rearranged another next to lift room with 2 floors up. The room was surprisingly very noisy. Somebody banged the wall the whole night. The people passed by were noisy. The lift closing with certain sound, I swear I don’t want these again. I prefer those facing Effiel tower rooms.

Hotel situates in the middle of Venetian and Parisian, provide free shuttle pick up from/to Cotai port to hotel, great spot to live in especially for family who prefers to stay slightly away from the ****** and busy shopping malls.
Hotel is tidy clean with great and attentive services. I was amazed that how the hotel staff would remember your name, and proactive support whenever needed.
The breakfast buffet is amazing too with broad options and enjoy how I don’t have to wait in line for items required further cooking, like congee and noodle soup, the resto staff will send right to your table.

The amenities received made us feel so warm and supportive. Staff from reception, restaurant service, spa to bell service are super. The welcoming smile of Ivan and personal service from Naomi Durian ( sorry the spelling may wrong) at the reception are unforgettable. We surely will go back again. Even the lady at the concierge was so patient to direct me how to go to The Londoner on a wheelchair.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. Though there’s no transportation to take me to most parts of tourist attractions, I love the service it provides.
I’ve booked a non-smoking room but when I entered the room, I smelled a strong smell of smoke. I requested to change to another room and they helped me to settle in fifteen minutes in a new room.
This is a birthday trip for my husband and when we returned after dinner, we found there’s a small cake in the room. What a surprise!
If they can provide more shuttle bus service to different parts of Macau, it’ll be perfect!

We had the most enjoyable travel time here, and everything about the hotel fascinated me.
Room cards are made from woods，which makes me feel like peace and love[爱心]
The receptionist staff were enthusiastic and professional, They introduced me to the hotel facilities in detail. At the same time, they thoughtfully asked if I needed an English version of the RC and hotel introduction leaflet.
Looking out the window from my room, I could see the stunning views of the Eiffel Tower and Big Ben, as if I were right in the midst of them.[哇]
Anyway，I love this hotel ，I love the Four Seasons😗
