I was so pleased with our stay at this hotel that I feel compelled to express my appreciation.
First of all, "Katrina", one of their staff members, was incredibly attentive and friendly. She made eye contact, smiled genuinely, and was happy to accommodate my complex payment requests.
Additionally, "Kent" escorted us to my room and explained the stunning view while sharing what makes the Grand Hyatt Macau unique. He also provided us with excellent sightseeing advice, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Kent consistently greeted me with a smile, and even when I passed by him at reception, he maintained that same warm attitude and said hello.
I have stayed at many hotels, but staff like Kent are unique. By anticipating our needs, he provided a sense of comfort and peace of mind throughout our stay. Thanks to him, I truly enjoyed our trip from start to finish.

An amazing place to stay. We went to the show of the dancing Water. Super easy and nice to go up after the show. Pool, hot tub and views were amazing

This was an amazing hotel to experience. They were incredibly nice and had great service. The rooms were beautiful and it was relatively close to all the other hotels. Their breakfast was amazing! Would highly recommend this hotel for the price it was.
