房間很乾凈，服務員很熱情，臨時跟前台聯繫説要安排帳篷也馬上處理，小冰箱飲料豐富，零食茶水準備齊全，整體入住非常愉快。

房間整潔乾淨，酒店對於我們的要求基本都有應必答，的確做到了賓至如歸的感覺，中間有點小插曲，但攜程跟酒店也都很認真在處理，可惜走的時候漏了些東西沒帶走，郵寄價格比物品還貴，攜程訂房真不錯，以後認定攜程了！

過關後**巴士到，辦理入住工作人員也很耐心，也根據需求準備了小朋友的帳篷和用品，非常滿意。電梯下二樓就是天浪淘園和童樂坊，一樓就是商場，步行就可以到官也街，非常方便。孩子住了三天都沒玩夠，下次再去。

銀河真的非常適合帶孩子，環境好，房間細節備品都很棒，寶格麗洗漱，牙刷刮鬍刀拖鞋這些備品都很好，質感舒適度都很棒。前台很專業，有需求都能給出處理，我因為當天臨時訂的房間給孩子過生日，入住才提出可否稍微佈置下房間，馬上就給我處理，還送了我中秋節的巧克力點心。該酒店的小童樂園，環境好活動豐富，天浪淘園更是好玩又好拍，真的超級推薦。樓下吃的選擇也多，又好吃又好逛，住在這裏真的是超級方便。

從新濠影滙轉戰銀河，對比真的太明顯了，銀河服務真的特別好特別好，從酒店入住的引領，到辦完入住的前台共同送至電梯，以前覺得大一些的酒店這樣的服務很正常，但是新濠影滙太差了，所以對比很明顯。天浪淘園小朋友非常喜歡，北方的小朋友長假如果想去玩水，十個很好的選擇
設施：維護的很好，整體看起來還是新的
衞生：對於我這種比較關注衞生的客人，也是很oj
環境：樓下就有娛樂場，長者玩的開心，童樂坊小朋友也非常喜歡，周邊還有那個老街，很多人去打卡，過個馬路就是，非常方便

心心念唸的銀河終於來了 意外驚喜升級了120平的套房 小朋友知乎奢華～
銀河的服務超級nice 看到我們三個人還主動給加了一張床
浪淘園裡娃嗨了三小時 晚上洗好澡就呼呼大睡了 看來非常enjoy
另一個驚喜是銀河提供的三人免費早午餐
每一道菜做的都很好 很地道
銀河的大堂show也是超級壕 很壯觀的show
