It was a beautiful hotel and was so excited with the reception welcome and must mention check in Frank at the receptionhelped us was so nice to us and he even gave us a free upgrade of our room which was so kind ,although breakfast should be given an option between the buffet and set menu as it is limited.The hotel is worth the money spent.The hotel in room dinning was awesome 👌

Excellent service, spacious room, friendly staff, room service food is expensive , kid friendly, Venetian experience is must. I recommend and would back again. Team lab must see if ur traveling with kids, very good hotel. All commitments are fulfilled as promised , birthday cake given for us was amazing.

The bathroom floor is extremely slippery. Additionally, the staff's behavior was not very good and lacked professionalism. Our flight was scheduled for the morning, so the day before, we asked the front counter for advice on where to take a taxi to the airport. The staff provided incorrect information. On the day of our departure, there was a marathon, and the roads were blocked, but we were not informed about this. When we went to the spot the staff had directed us to wait for a taxi, there were no taxis available.We then approached another staff member, who instructed us to go to a different location to find a taxi. My mother, who suffers from severe leg pain, had to walk a long distance to reach the new spot, only to find out it was the wrong direction again. I felt terrible for putting her through that. I hope the hotel can improve staff training to avoid such issues in the future.

Very beautifully designed "city". Together with Londoner and Parisian, a part of Europe has been imported into Macau. South Wing is closer to the food court.

Even the smallest room is huge! Since it was our honeymoon, they had a suprise for us in our room; a honeymoon cake! Despite the crowdness in the hotel, they didn’t forget about it! So kind! The employees were all very gentle and kind. A great place to stay, definitely recommended!

Visited the venetian and stayed for 3 nights. Hotel was beautiful and room was big. Downside was I was given a room on a floor that was going through upgrading works and the smell of fresh paint was overbearing and lingered in the air throughout my stay giving me a bad headache. Thankfully I was not staying for long.
Other than that, room was clean and housekeeping made up room ans replenished amenities daily.
****** is just downstairs and there are many eateries and in room dining available. Unfortunately, food is very expensive and wasn't really tasty.
There is shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for free.

Grand and beautiful hotel. Room is luxuriously decorated and is huge and comfortable just like the one in Las Vegas. My family, friends and I had a great time at the hotel ****** as well as all the sights and sounds Macau has to offer. Love the free shuttle buses to and from airport and ferry terminal. Will return to stay at Venetian for sure!
