This hotel is unforgettable for me! From entering the lobby, check-in, welcome gift,24H butler service, bed at night, low noise, inexhaustible bottled water, 24H free ice/hot milk, chocolate milk, capsule coffee, USB charging plug, exquisite bathroom supplies, shower room without overflow problems, comfortable mattress, very cold A/C, special surprise, check-out, they taken care of carefully. You must try their buffet. Make a reservation while you check-in, you will have a good prices. I would like to say thank you to lovely butler Ivy and Sarah. No one is more considerate than your service. Thank you for your lovely hand-painted cards, balloons and St. Regis Bear,.Which made my daughter has a very unforgettable trip in Macau. Without your sweetness arrangement, the journey would have lost such special memories! We love you. To the cutest and most considerate lobby service staff - Rocky. 😊Your enthusiasm and thoughtfulness have made every guest feel it, which will be the motivation for us to come back!

Early arrival and pre check in first around noon time, thank you for Ms Ceci for super friendly service for checking in. Butler service is great to invite me to join to the cocktail as we went to enjoy the dance show. Thank you very much. Breakfast staffs also nice and friendly. We are so enjoy this morning. I cannot remember all your guys names but I will be visit again later.

Amazing experience, booked the Rolls Royce pick up from the border crossing and since they picked me up until I checked in at the hotel the experience and treatment was 5 stars. For sure I will go back.

Comfortable and spacious room. Within walking distance to the Cotai East Station light rail... Which brings you to the food street. Great service and breakfast spread.. Somehow they found out it was my birthday and prepared a small cake. I enjoyed my stay.

We had a great time staying at the St Regis. The staff is very attentive and paid extra attention to the kids. Service and quality are top notch. Will stay here again. Asmita in the Manor buffet restaurant is a super host and will take good care of you along with Kaye at the front desk.
