Why this hotel did not receive 5 rating
I stayed at the IFU hotel without much expectation, as I saw that the hotel's rating was not very high. However, I found that this hotel was really great, whether it's the location, the room, the staff, or the service. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was small but looked nice. The only downside of the bathroom was that the curtain separating the wet zone and the dry zone was too short, so it couldn’t prevent the water from splashing, making the whole bathroom wet. What impressed me the most was the staff, who were very friendly and gave great recommendations. My mother forgot her ring in the room, and the staff notified us right away. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Macau next time.

The place are easy to reach
And quite clean but some receptionist staff front desk are not really professional we have to wait for more than 2 hours to get check in coz I booked by online and they can’t see and found our my booking, bit disappointed

Check in process is complicated and take so much time. They dont have enough chairs for the waiting guest. The reception is so unhelpful. Not worth your money there are better hotels with good customer service around the area.

Overall is good. Good price, good location, room is big enough for 2, staff is friendly. The only small things are toilet space a bit tight and not so sound proof

Great hotel located near the Ruins of Saint Paul. You can reach it from the Ferry Pier in 45 minutes by bus. The staff was very friendly, and the check-in & check-out was smooth. The room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom was quite small.
