It was very nice to be at MGM Cotai for our anniversary. The hotel is of good quality for both facilities and services and accesses a convenient location. Definitely worth a recommendation and will come back again.

前台感覺不是很熟 辦理的時候很慢 我拿出了孩子的證件 也沒有幫忙先把小孩需要的拖鞋什麼的備註 都是到房間看到沒有 自己打電話要的 不太推薦帶孩子的去住。樓下購物很方便 消費卷和迷你吧都還不錯 客房服務什麼的都很不錯 早餐分量很足 我不瞭解 所以點多了 希望下次告知量很大 要不然很浪費 味道真的很不錯

衞生：乾淨整潔，很滿意
設施：酒店可能比較老，設施沒有那麼先進，但好在都好用。
服務：服務可以，酒店前台小哥還送了寶寶一個小獅子玩偶
MOP 600餐飲消費券:這個還是比較划算的

不得不説 美獅的設計真的很藝術 每次走到中庭會覺得是一種享受 辦理入住一定要三點後才能辦理 但可以提前十分鐘左右去排隊 為我辦理的是一位小哥哥 態度什麼的都很好 旁邊為一對老年夫妻辦理的是一位短髮小姐姐 業務能力感覺就差了一些 很多東西也表達的不清楚最後還找了位同事過來幫忙解釋 後面我退房的時候剛好是這位小姐姐給辦的 房間消費超出了0.6mop 這位小姐姐要求我補金額 我掏錢的時候旁邊的另一位在辦理其他客人的小哥馬上説不需要補了 真的體驗感相差蠻多的 多提升下自己的工作能力吧 房間每天都有人打掃 還有開夜床服務 但是我那間空調很吵 導致我住了幾天沒有開過空調 不然完全沒法睡覺 客房服務有求必應而且速度很快 下次有機會 我可能還會選擇美獅

位置不及金沙銀河，但是離新濠天地就對面，倫敦人，永利就在旁邊，購物挺方便而且相對人流少，設施環境打10分，客房服務打6分，酒店房間保險箱保修整整等了1.5小時，蠻久的，雖表示人手不足，但體驗感有點失望，態度服務8分，有穿梭巴士，無論關閘機場還是機場或半島，很方便
