It was my first time to stay at the London Grand, their staffs are very friendly and helpful esp Ms Anthea took me to the room and showed the smart devices for room control. All the amenities are luxurious and perfect.

The best service, both new and clean, especially the hotel receptionists, the first one is named Joy, the second one is named Melody and the other two bosses are Ms. Sofia, the best, I would like to give my compliments from the heart.

Very good customer service , got an free upgrade and extra bed because have children in the room and pre arrangement for the birthday arrangement.( Joyce ) call up for the arrangement before check in and and to make sure all is in tip top from time to time during our stay

Had a perfect experience at LG! Especially the staff Joyce and Olive are extremely helpful. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. I strongly recommend to everyone who has a plan to come to Macau.

A newly renovated hotel occupying the space which was previously taken up by the Sheraton. I was upgraded to a suite which was modern, spacious and well equipped. I would stay again given the chance!

Since it has only opened for a few months, everything in the room is still in excellent condition. Outside the room, not so much. Some elevator doors are dodgy, when we got there it was pouring down and many area in the mall were flooded.
We got there on a weekday at 3pm, which was the suggested checkin time, yet we are offered a room without a tub and if we want one we have to wait till 4pm. Not that it is a huge matter but if the hotel is positioned as a 5 star one perhaps they can do better.
My thought is, they dont really care as loads of people who dont care will still go and will not complaint at all.
