My stay began wonderfully with a free upgrade to a suite room and a lovely interaction with the receptionist. She was very amiable, and gave me a hotel map and guide book for Macau. Although I only stayed at the Londoner Grand for a night, I came back regularly to dine at the restaurants - especially Three Bottles in The Conservatory. Everything I ate while at the Londoner, including the complimentary fruit and sweets they brought to my room, was phenomenal and well-prepared. The room itself was so cozy, spacious, and clean. It was equipped with lots of amenities and electronics and had a lovely view of Cotai ***** and the Eiffel Tower at The Parisian. And I especially enjoyed the room's massage chair after a long first day of walking and exploring! The convenience of the location and the beauty of the hotel interior and architecture of the exterior speak for themselves. So much more can be said about the service, amenities, and overall experience that the Londoner provides, but I'll have to save that for my next review when I can hopefully visit again!

The best and most beautiful hotel accomodation I have ever experience. Airport pickup by hotel limousine was pre organised to welcoming us at the hotel front door by a dedicated host, leading us straight to the suite, skipping the checkin process at the lobby was fantastic. Breakfast & dinner at Hampton Court was very luxury, absolutely fantastic. Communication via WhatsApp was very efficient and respond was very fast. The best feature in our suite was the massage chair.

We recently celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at the Londoner Grand Hotel and we had an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. A huge thank you to Manager Mariana for arranging a room upgrade, which made our 4-night stay even more special. The ensuite facilities were absolutely stunning! We also enjoyed dining at several of the hotel's excellent restaurants. The breakfast buffet at The Hampton Court was delicious, and we loved the [order to cook special menu]. Those dishes were amazing!!!Lord Stow's Bakery & Cafe was another highlight, with a fantastic breakfast spread. For lunch, Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill was a great choice, with top-notch British food and personal service. We also appreciated the variety of Chinese cuisine available at Chelsea Garden, which we enjoyed for several meals. The Londoner Grand's hospitality and attention to detail truly made our anniversary celebration unforgettable. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend the Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Macau.

雖然特色服務我一個都沒體驗到，但這次的選擇我和家人都很滿意👍👍👍酒店是英倫風，大堂很漂亮，房間很新，乾淨整潔，沒異味，隔音效果很好，色調也很高貴典雅，整體很大氣舒服。床是1.3米，夠寬，比有些1.1～1.2的舒服太多了！廳裏的沙發也夠大，睡兩人都可以了😆特別是衞浴，好大，和睡房面積一樣大，乾淨，明亮，還是智能馬桶👍👍👍吧枱裏的食品隨便吃，免費（額外加的就要收費了）。就在酒店門口就能拍到這麼多美景😁服務也特別好！臨時出狀況，客服馬上幫忙解決👍👍👍有24小時餐食，無論什麼時候都餓不着，衹是價格看個人的接受程度了。整體感覺給滿分💯！

非常愉快的一次入住體驗！服務：十分需要誇讚酒店的服務，每一位都真的👍 特別感謝GRO的Smile Miao，以及感謝Cherish和Jasmine在入住前的幫助，辛苦了幫我們客房佈置的Olive同樣十分熱情有禮貌，服務很人舒適。除此之外，從辦理入住，退房，行李服務，每一位的態度，都值得稱讚。會因為服務，下次繼續選擇～設施：房間升級到了套房，而且是鐵塔景觀，十分感謝，房間面積也挺大，衞生方面也是不錯的

We had a good stay ar LONDONER GRAND MACAO. Staff are very helpful, RapRap, Christina, Yumki and Sanjieb help us on all our beeds from checking in up to our chek out. 10 points for each of them good job guys. We will surely get back to this Hotel.
