It was my daughter's birthday trip... My daughter was so happy because they prepared a birthday cake and kids' amenities. And it was great because we could use the Galaxy pool.

Everything was excellent from the room to the Kitchen restaurant and especially service from staff which is amazing esp from Ceci. The only drawback is that we have to walk or take shuttle bus to the Kids club and the pool at galaxy hotel. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The hotel was new. Easy to access by the light rail (MRT) especially for little baby in stroller even from Macao Airport. But need to take the hotel shuttle to Galaxy main resort area to enjoy the sky wave pool and kids playroom.

One of the best hotels that we went to in Macau!
We really enjoyed our stay as a family.
The lounge includes free snacks which is very beneficial for families with kids while waiting.
And we were given a free slice of birthday cake since we were celebrating our son's birthday.
The room is spacious and looks nice and tidy.
My wife and I love the heated toilet seat (a must try!) haha
The slippers looks very nice and they even have slippers for kids and special toiletries for kids.
Also, the free minibar a plus factor since our kids usually want drinks.
We were able to enjoy the grand resort deck and the galaxy kids entertainment area!
Overall, we really recommend this hotel and we'll definitely go back in the future!

Everything was a satisfactory stay. The staff is kind and the hardware is sooo good. It was nice to be able to use Grand Deck every day.

We were warmly received by Jovi upon check-in and well served by Yolanda at the welcome lounge upon check-out. The entire stay was very impressive. Superb customer service, strategic location, like-new facilities. Everything went very well.

The place was so elegant. Staff were professional and approachable. Thanks to Justin and Yolanda Chen for making our stay easy and smooth. The room was cozy, spacious, detailed and lively. It was our anniversary and we really appreciate the whole team doing this for us. It was all worth it and we enjoyed every moment.

I went to Andaz with my family, and it gave us excellent family-friendly services. The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. Breakfast was a unique feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, not crowded. Although, our next door guest were clearly smoking, cigarette smoke wreak thru the hallway, plus we found cigarette bud next to lift door (uncleaned from our check-in to check-out). Other than that, we would love to stay there again when next time!
