Great place to stay to experience Macaé, great location and close to the beach. Although some staff speak English, many don’t, but without exception they are so willing to help. Loved the rooftop terrace, our room with an ocean view and the gym.

We arrived Friday night. From the day we arrived has been fantastic. Animation team are so friendly and get you involved in everything. This hotel has been one off our favourites. Shows at night are good and games after. Rooms are huge and very clean. Pools are lovely and clean. Only few minutes taxi into town if you want a change. All staff at hotel can’t do enough for you.

the air conditioning was bad, old and poorly positioned very close to bed with poorly directed ventilation, which left me flu. I asked for 2 dishes, average price near R$ 100,00, one at dinner and another at lunch. The picagne was hard and far from being actually picagne (not picagne). The adorable file was the worst I have ever had access, it seems more liver meat. Sincerely, the restaurant needs urgently to review the quality of ingredients and the level of the dishes.

The William's service in the restaurant was exceptional, a kindness that is not normal. I and my family are very pleased with William's pretty goodness and we recommend the restaurant for all friends and family. Congratulations on your excellent service.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay recently, the room was perfect, with a cozy decor and all the comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of fresh and delicious options that served all tastes, and the quality of the staff's care was exceptional. All of them were very careful, efficient and always ready to help with a smile. I strongly recommend and I will surely return to future opportunities!
