O quarto atendeu bem às expectativas. Era limpo, confortável e bem organizado. A cama era espaçosa e proporcionou uma boa noite de sono. O ar-condicionado funcionava corretamente, e o chuveiro tinha boa pressão e temperatura estável.

Em geral, foi ok. Esperava mais! Não sei se escolheram quarto coringa devido ao valor promocional que paguei, em todo caso isso nem deveria acontecer. Faço algumas ressalvas para tentarem melhorar:
-Limpeza do quarto não foi feita de forma satisfatória antes de chegarmos, com cheiro de urina e chão sujo, roupa de cama também (ver abaixo);
-Porta papel higiênico não preso direito (e inadequado) e o papel cai (era um cano);
-Chuveiro com buracos entupidos e água não cai em jato direito, saindo por todos os lados;
-Agua quente o botão está desnivelado e aparentemente solto e preso no improviso, tem que abrir com muito cuidado;
-Agua vaza do box para perto do sanitário durante banho;
-Cobertor sujo e fedido, não usamos;
-Travesseiros fedidos de uso excessivo ou falta de manutenção (compramos fronhas para poder usar);
-Banheiro pequeno e quente para idoso;
-Televisao com péssima imagem e só cinco canais funcionando, mal dava para ver;
-Interruptor de carregar celular junto a cama não funciona;
-Interruptor embaixo da televisão não está parafusado direito (tem que tomar cuidado para não levar choque) e só funciona a primeira entrada;
-Moveis antigos e lascados;
-Mofo no teto do banheiro.

Para um hotel que é relativamente novo, deveria ter algumas comodidades. O sinal de W-Fi praticamente inexiste e se você quiser compensar isso assistindo a TV, os canais têm péssima qualidade de sinal, nem parece TV a cabo. Entendo que se o quarto tem um micro-ondas e uma pia, deveria ter talheres e prato.

Was here for 3 .5 nights due to flight delay. Room cost with comfortable queen size bed. Very clean linen and bathroom Located within close proximity of a variety of shops and restaurants and directly linked to the hotel Reception staff exceptionally professional and efficient

We arrived Friday night. From the day we arrived has been fantastic. Animation team are so friendly and get you involved in everything. This hotel has been one off our favourites. Shows at night are good and games after. Rooms are huge and very clean. Pools are lovely and clean. Only few minutes taxi into town if you want a change. All staff at hotel can’t do enough for you.
