It seems to be a relatively new hotel, but upon entering the room you can see that the building needed some adjustments to give it a modern look. The breakfast is reasonable, but the highlight is the service, both at reception and at breakfast.

Aplicativo Trip.com engana as pessoas oferecendo uma reserva em suítes de luxo com hidromassagem e quando chega no hotel , coloca no quarto standard. Quarto horrível . Então irei processar o aplicativo e hotel . Não teve retratação .

Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again.

Acredito que há muitos pontos a serem melhorados. Infelizmente, durante nossa estadia, tivemos que trocar de quarto três vezes, o que foi bastante desconfortável. No primeiro quarto, o ar-condicionado não funcionava, no segundo, começou a sair água de esgoto pelo ralo atrás do vaso sanitário. Por fim, não havia mais quartos da nossa categoria disponíveis que escolhemos originalmente. A sugestão inicial da equipe foi simplesmente colocar um pano sobre o ralo, o que nos causou ainda mais insatisfação. Diante da situação, sugeri duas alternativas: ou ficaríamos em um quarto de categoria inferior com reembolso parcial, ou nosso check-out seria estendido, e esta última opção foi aceita.
Apesar desses transtornos, o restante da estadia foi tranquilo, e o café da manhã estava bom.

Muito bom o quarto e o café da manhã. Ideal para quem precisa de uma boa localização para trabalho, centro de treinamento da Fox e entrada da Petrobras praia campista próximos. Limpeza, qualidade da cama e claro preço da diária foi o que mais gostei.
