別墅比較小，兩個衞生間，卧室在二樓都是斜屋頂，比較矮，毛巾很舊，床單破洞，離市區不遠，第一天晚上到，門鎖是壞的，離前台較遠，過了十多分鐘工作人員幫開門，沒什麼服務，自己買了柴，小朋友又體會了一下生火的樂趣，前台外面有車行可以租車騎行

Disappointing stay at this place. We booked a two bedroom apartment 70m2. We arrived late in the evening and upon arrival discovered that we were placed in a room that did not match the photos and room type! We specifically wanted apartments because we have a small child and it is not convenient for us to live in a house with stairs, also husband have problems with knee and cannot use stairs. When we called the manager to find out why we were placed in a house and not in an apartment, as indicated in the reservation, we were told that this was an upgrade! Taking into account that provided accommodation type is totally different from what we have booked, hotel manager could request us to consider another type of rental! I don’t know who this is an upgrade for, but I think that their apartments look better and are closer to the main buildings and the pool, which was the main reason why this place was chosen because of kids holidays! When we asked the manager if they could move us to an apartment, he said that it was already late and they couldn’t do it, although their reception was open 24 hours a day. The holiday is ruined before it even begins!

It's a great place to be. We personally like 'Zuid Limburg / Valkenburg' more compared with Maastricht: Meaning the park is a lot of driving if you want to go there every day ( you have to travel across the city of Maastricht, but that's only about the location). Still, the Dormio Resorts self is luxurious, with a nice restaurant and a small supermarket. For families with kids, this is a very good place to be; there are a lot of playgrounds around, the staff is very friendly, and the houses are luxurious and well-made.

Mid-scale vacation park, modern and relatively new. Definitely an up-scale place as they have. Michelin star restaurant in the oranje hotel which is located on the same grounds. The whole place doesn't feel like a vacation park but more like a small village. The central square is where the restaurant, shop, reception, bike store and kidsclub are located. A small swimming pool is located just behind the square all in very close proximity. Facilities are all there and staff is friendly. The location is excellent and maastricht city center is only a short bike ride away.

We had a five day stay at Dormio Maastricht. We stayed in one of the Penthouses. Well equipped and clean so that was a big positive. The penthouse had three big bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bubble bath and the other with a sauna and steam shower. There was also a barbecue, terrace heater, etc. So an overall great apartment! Even with a small nu nice bathroom in the basement. This can only be used by the apartments (8 in total so really private). The park itself has a nice bakery, bike rental, swimming pool and Spa. And they have a nice kids club with a daily program to help entertain the kids. Scattered throughout the park there are different play zones. Parking is easy and it’s location close to Maastricht is a big plus. Only reason not to go for five stars would be that there is no big inside play area which you see at many other family oriented holiday parks. Oh and for the foodies; there is a Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel on the park! Enjoy!

A nice place to visit but certainly not the luxury resort it markets itself as. On the face of it everything looks nice but sadly its the details that make the resort only worth an average score. We stayed in a 3 bedroom Koopliedenhuis Luxe. The size of the place is great for 6 people. The sauna and bathroom upstairs is great. Beware of the sloping roof by the bed. The things that were annoying include a lack of an iron or washing machine, making anything other than a short stay difficult. Poor WiFi, especially upstairs in the house. The beds are extremely soft and the pillows are very bad, bring your own if you can. Finally, the towels are an embarrassment to any hotel or guest house, let alone one calling itself a luxury establishment. Again, I would definitely advise bringing your own.
