The best part of the hotel is it's location. Very close to the bars and restaurants and walkable distance to important landmarks. It self service check in. So you will not find a reception. While you can contact the support to enter the place to complete check in there isn't much information about the check-in process. Need to provide detailed info on this. The room was clean and big and well maintained. The TV is very small and needs activation code and there was no one to help with it. I would not recommend this hotel for the price they charge.

地點位在馬斯垂克市的中心,旁邊的廣場在聖誕節期間有聖誕市集,附近也很多餐廳。 週末的房價每晚要超過兩百歐元太貴了。

Unfortunately we were a little disappointed with our stay. We arrived and were immediately disgusted by a mouse. The hotel room was large but smelled very musty and moldy. Thinking about the mouse, that was a bad combination. Bear in mind that for a 5 star hotel there is a tourist tax.... One window was missing the shutter so we had to cover the window with a bath towel to darken the room. In generally the rooms were really dirty - including the showerarea. There were several ants crawling around on the bread at the breakfast buffet. When we pointed this out, nothing was done - only a cloth was moved slightly (ants can carry germs). In general, this does not correspond to the money we paid for one night (187 € + tourist tax). In the past weeks we were promised compensation. Even after writing several times, we have heard nothing more. We have rarely stayed in such bad accommodation. Absolutely no recommendation.

This hotel has a certain charm because of its nice garden and breakfast space. However, we had several problems with the two rooms we rented. One room had a broken shower - the bracket to hold the wand didn’t work, so it could really be used on manually. It also had low flow and a broken stream control, with most water dribbling out of the center of the head. One room had a nonfunctional refrigerator. Only one of the two rooms had air conditioning, and we unfortunately arrived on a very hot day - 86 degrees F. Needless to say, it was difficult to sleep until natural cooling with the windows wide open brought the temperature down in the wee hours of the morning. Finally, this hotel uses internet-enabled keys, which require a good WiFi or phone connection; this hotel’s Wi-Fi is spotty. Getting the key also requires that you have What’s Ap on your phone, which we had to quickly download before getting the digital key. The digital key is generally a pain. There is no elevator. On the plus side, the breakfast was very nice.

I'm afraid this hotel was really bad. One night cost £385 and for this my bedroom was in the eaves of the building. The bedroom was very run down and it was clear that the owners have decided not to invest any money in the building. The bathroom had a terrible acrid smell which permeated in to the bedroom. There were no staff apart from one person who served breakfast so it was much more of a b&b than a hotel. I would strongly advise giving it a wide berth.

A beautiful place to stay - friendly, welcoming staff, a spacious room and an excellent breakfast. We stayed for 4 nights in April/May and were sorry to leave! We arrived around 10pm - later than expected due to delays on the train from Brussels - and checked in at the nearby Hotel Grote Gracht as the Sint Jacob is only open for check-in to 4pm. Everything went very smoothly and it was just a short walk between the 2 hotels. The room was very comfortable and nicely furnished, including a fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was also spacious, with a good shower and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was excellent with the offer of bacon and eggs cooked individually for you. A wonderful range of fresh bread, sweet pastries, different cereals and muesli, fresh fruit, cheese and meat. We would definitely recommend this as a good place to stay in the historic centre of Maastricht.

Quiet area The hotel is easy to reach by car, large Q park only 200m from the hotel. Accessible not so much, to reach the rooms you must climb several step stairs. No elevator. Check in, self check in..pay at the end, make sure if you have booked via a-travel agent that you’re credit is not charged twice. Breakfast 18 euro, plain breakfast nothing to brag about. Rooms, well I had the loft room, bath really nice and well kept. The rustic room with 3 small windows made it a bit to cramped for my liking. Hotel wifi OK. The hotel is situated in a very nice are of Maastricht, local bars and restaurant with good quality just 1 min away. Nice park and canal only 5 min away. Been there, ice- but will choose a different hotel next time.

No staff and no reception upon arrival and no security with doors open to the street. Not a hotel more like a hostel and a poor one at that. A staff member appeared only at breakfast. No toiletries in the room (that is if you could access it with a ridiculously faulty digital key system). Pillows were lumpy, room smelt of drains, no water, hairs on floor in bathroom. Room rate insane and just taking advantage of TEFAF with woefully inadequate service. Staff (if they turn up) are very apologetic as though they have heard it all before and just look miserable having to deal with endless complaints. It should not be called a hotel and certainly not boutique! Manager nowhere to be found. Avoid at all costs.
