Just absolutely wow!!!!! this was a real gem of a find, and a must do. Great location with good access to the Centre, beautiful walks, bike hire, clean and funky rooms, the restaurant next door was really convenient and great food the breakfast basket was amazing and all in all I can't compliment it enough.

Beautiful setting and great location for visiting Maastricht. Impressive gardens and scenery alongside the Maas. #Book the room including with a picknick basket for breakfast. You can easily enjoy it at one of the great sides of the accomodation.

A really spectacular place! Lovely room, very nicely furnished with some quirky bits. Also coffee machine (with instructions!). Very generous free mini bar, lovely breakfast basket delivered which we could eat outside, full of goodies! Really super

A really lovely place - we had a very luxurious studio and really enjoyed staying there. Great attention to details ~ it had everything we wanted for a very comfortable stay. Exceptionally comfy bed. The grounds are divine right on the river and the location perfect. We got a taxi in to Maastricht for 15 euros and walked back along the river - very nice location but don’t walk unless you enjoy walking. It’s 45 mins. You can hire bikes too. We had a lovely champagne breakfast delivered to the room and it was so huge we made lunch from it too. Would most happily return for longer next time ~ it was perfect. Oh great parking and staff too! Thanks for a lovely stay. The free minibar was a nice touch.

You expect stylish accommodations, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The floor was dirty, the stairs too steep, and the refrigerator wasn't replenished. Soap wasn't replenished. Breakfast was inconsistent. Service was lacking. The surroundings were beautiful. A shame!

Mooi gelegen aan de Maas, in een groene omgeving. Helaas zijn de fietsen alleen tussen 9:00 en 17:30 te reserveren/gebruiken, te laat als je 8:50 in het MECC moet zijn, en niet praktisch als je ‘s avonds iets wil eten in de stad. Appartement was ruim en goed verzorgd, kussens te dik (geen alternatief en receptie is dicht na 17:30). Ramen kunnen niet open, erg jammer. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd en werd op mijn verzoek eerder gebracht, heel fijn. Alleen waren de schilders buiten toen ook al aanwezig, glurend door het raam en met schuurmachines…Verder graag meer elektrische oplaadpunten/parkeerplaatsen creëren, 1 is te weinig als je niet kan reserveren.

The estate and its surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The room was disappointing. Attached are photos of some "defects/urgent repairs." The receptionist is unfriendly AND customer-unfriendly. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and the reception was supposed to be open until 5:30 PM. Upon arrival at 3:35 PM, the reception was closed. The telephone number listed on the entrance door was not answered, and then we called the second number, their emergency number, but there was no answer. Moreover, they never called back after our voice message on their emergency number. We happened to get into the room thanks to a passing cleaning lady who was helpful. This experience is definitely not worth repeating.
