We booked and payed the hotel via a discount website. The booking had not been communicated with the hotel and we were not registred. We showed the e-mail from the booking website and without any hesitation we were given a room and because it was an all in booking, we were allowed to have a great diner in the restaurant. They hadn't received any payment for our stay, but they treated us as royals. We stayed a weekend and we had a great time. Beautiful venue. Nice rooms, clean and spacious. Good beds. Quiet. Great diner, great breakfast, good service during diner and at the bar. Nice surroundings and atmosphere inside and outside the castle.

I stayed 3 nights at this 4star hotel, for me not a 4 star worth. Very disappointed about the quality of the bed. I didn't sleep one night trough because of a lot of noise in the building; even when complaining, they waved my story away ... the breakfast is poor and very basic, not having fresh fruits, f.i. it was strawberry season, and there is a farm 3 km further ... no oats or other things if you don't are able to eat wheat ... even the diner was disappointing .. I'm allergic and explained that very well ... but the kitchen made a big mistake .. this is nog gault millau worth , the dessert was very poor and not freshly made in the hotel. problem in the room with the the thermostatic water tap , the clock of other stayers woke me at 6 o clock ! , my window looked on a wall , ... the only positive thing is the beautiful garden and surroundings

Mooi kasteel met een gezellig terras en een mooie tuin. Ruime parking met goed menu om te eten. Sanitair is mooi proper en de bediening is zeer goed Je kan ook gezellig ontbijten en dineren aan het restaurant In de buurt kan je mooi wandelen en ontspannen

kamer die wij kregen rook muf (rare geur) bij terugkeer na onze uitstap was de verwarming uitgezet, en stond de venster open... ijskoud maar geur was wel even weg. kamer was oud en versleten, tapijt met vieze vlekken?! S'nachts constant geluid van lopend water, blijkbaar door regenbuis die naast onze badkamer liep? Eten in het restaurant was zijn geld niet waard, uitgedroogde kabeljauw en wijn die ons werd aangeprezen (wijnkaart hadden ze niet, dus konden niet kiezen) bleek bijna 70 euro de fles te kosten en was niet eens superlekker. Voor mij: Chateau migraine!! jammer van onze centen... nooit meer hotel wurfeld! blijkbaar nieuwe uitbaters die zeker nog heel veel te leren hebben!

Een mooi kasteel in een rustige omgeving, zo kun je het best Kasteeltje Wurfeld omschrijven. Wij hebben heerlijk overnacht in het kasteel. Het diner s’avonds was lekker. In de omgeving kun je prima fietsen of wandelen. De kamers zijn prima maar kunnen de hulp van een stylist gebruiken. Verder prima verblijf gehad.

Verbleven van 30dec tem 2jan. Super verblijf gehad, eten was top die chefkok wil je zeker in je etablisement. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze voelden de klanten aan en konden meelachen. Niets was teveel. Kamer was vernieuwd en mooi. Enige wat ik wil meegeven aan de baas is. U hebt top personeel, vertrouw hen en loop zo niet achter hen aan voor alles te zien. Dat viel echt serieus op. Wij komen zeker terug!

Superbe cadre enchanteur, la chambre était parfaite. Par contre, le petit-déjeuner était déplorable. Pas de service à table pour le café. Oeufs, bacon, ... froid. Une immense file à la seule machine à café automatique de l'établissement. Inconcevable pour un hôtel de ce standing. Malgré notre réclamation au check out, pas de proposition, pas d'excuses bref, ... partez et au suivant !
