We booked and payed the hotel via a discount website. The booking had not been communicated with the hotel and we were not registred. We showed the e-mail from the booking website and without any hesitation we were given a room and because it was an all in booking, we were allowed to have a great diner in the restaurant. They hadn't received any payment for our stay, but they treated us as royals. We stayed a weekend and we had a great time. Beautiful venue. Nice rooms, clean and spacious. Good beds. Quiet. Great diner, great breakfast, good service during diner and at the bar. Nice surroundings and atmosphere inside and outside the castle.

I stayed 3 nights at this 4star hotel, for me not a 4 star worth. Very disappointed about the quality of the bed. I didn't sleep one night trough because of a lot of noise in the building; even when complaining, they waved my story away ... the breakfast is poor and very basic, not having fresh fruits, f.i. it was strawberry season, and there is a farm 3 km further ... no oats or other things if you don't are able to eat wheat ... even the diner was disappointing .. I'm allergic and explained that very well ... but the kitchen made a big mistake .. this is nog gault millau worth , the dessert was very poor and not freshly made in the hotel. problem in the room with the the thermostatic water tap , the clock of other stayers woke me at 6 o clock ! , my window looked on a wall , ... the only positive thing is the beautiful garden and surroundings

Heel tevreden over ons verblijf! Erg vriendelijke ontvangst en ontzettend sympathieke en behulpzame uitbaters. Verzorgde ruime kamer met comfortabel bed. Niets ontbrak bij het ontbijt. Heerlijk lekker gedineerd met alweer aangenaam en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie omgeving van het kasteel met tal van wandel-en fietsroutes. Kortom, een aanrader en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Mooi hotel en omgeving. Kamer gewoon goed, ontbijt ok, doch diner teleurstellend ! 3 diners en geen enkele daarvan was goed te noemen. Ook zeer chaotisch. Een dikke pluim nochtans voor het personeel, zeker Peter en Aaron die zeer gedienstig waren. Kortom, als de keuken wat fijnere gerechten zou serveren, zouden wij terugkomen, maar met deze keukenervaring passen wij !

Leider kam es erst gar nicht zur gewünschten Übernachtung - das Hotel hatte angeblich aufgrund eines Systemfehlers unser Zimmer nicht registriert - trotz Bestätigung. Sämtlich Versuche uns vor Ort eine Alternativ Unterkunft zu besorgen blieben erfolglos . Nach mehrfachem : We are sorry - bllieb uns nur noch die Abreise

overgewaardeerd, mooie ligging, mooie setting, heel erg mooie tuin echter de basics ontbreken in de kamer. Geen bankje om de bagage op te leggen, veel te warme kamer terwijl het buiten slechts 22 graden was en geen waterdruk op de douchekraan. Onmogelijk om haar te wassen wanneer je lang haar hebt. Ontbijt vond ik ondermaats. Verse chocoladekoeken waren wel lekker. Fruit was overrijp, onsmakelijke eieren en slecht gebakken spek. Bij uitchecken werd niet eens gevraagd hoe we het verblijf ervaren hadden. Dame aan de balie vond ik niet vriendelijk. Geen idee waar men de 4 sterren haalt.

Ontbijt zeer goed. Maar eigelijk wilde ik hen in de bloemetjes zetten voor de rolstoelvriendelijkheid. Parking aan de deur, wat meestal is. Dan de lift om binnen te mogen. Je moet ze maar hebben en zij hebben ze. Binnen niet 1 stoel moeten herzetten om door te moeten. toiletbezoek, Liftje naar beneden en dan een super groot luxe toilet waar we vlot met 2 personen en een rolstoel in alles konden bereiken. Waauw.
