Great location, excellent for hiking, biking, watersports, spa and shopping. The location of this hotel is in the middle of all this. Free (self driving, electrical) shuttle available. Steps as well. Very good breakfast, very nice rooms.

Very nice hotel with a lot of respect for its history. We have had a very good stay in our hotelsuite, a very good dinner and breakfast. Beautiful surroundings. Friendly and helpful personnel. Nice atmosphere. We will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We stayed in your hotel for 1 night and were assigned room n°11 on arrival. What a downer: you arrive in a very beautiful prestigious building and are assigned a small, dark room with no view. Very sad. If you wanted to open the window (in the morning to let in a bit of fresh air), you first had to climb on the chair, then on the desk and then you could open the window. It wasn't very clean either: there was even a cork under the desk, not ours. The service in the restaurant: chaotic. We reported this at check-out and were offered our drinks as compensation, which we also appreciate. But in the end, we don't go on holiday for a weekend to get our drinks for free, but to be able to relax and enjoy carefree.

Overall very nice experience. Staff was very friendly, very good beds. Very tastefull meal at night and a lot of healthy breakfast options. But...there was a zooming sound that was a bit disturbing for a perfect night of sleep and the view from the bedroom was a bit sad if you know what an incredible surounding this place has. Apart from that we had a wonderful stay and we will be back.

very basic breakfast and some of the proposed nutrition over,or onderbaked and cold--fruits overdue kitchen staff undermanned--lack of experience in service --due to lack of experience not very friendly---the chef is very good and consistent in quality of her cooking difficultys to make a convenient reservation --better check again yoursef twice or three times--service extremely slow and nonchalant even if not a coup de feu

Thank you very much for such a relaxing night. Sleeping in such a quiet plae with this nice view in the garden in the morning was a very nice experience. The room is big enough for 2. the shower is huge, the place for the toilet a bit tiny, cause of the big shower. in total - come back when i am in the area

It is not the nicest experience that my room was right next to the service rooms and every morning at the service entrace there was a big commotion, and the corridor full of the cleaning stuff, and also that the personell comes out to smoke in front of my window and put the coffee mug on the window sill, even when the window is open and smoke comes into my room (I am a non-smoker) and I dont feel I have my privacy in my room if personnel is smoking in front of my window. Getting a nice coffe in the morning from the bar )`( and not from the automated coffee machine incuded in breakfast) is problematic and even after the propoer coffee machine was switched on, I got the ilk into my coffee from the automatic machine, which is not the nicest milk (it really tasted like milk from powder or long-live milk, which is just simply not nice for a coffee) I would say in a prestigious 4-star hotel, proper coffee should be an option.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind. Unfortunately there was a loud concert nearby that we could hear during the night. However, the staff compensated us with a free and delicious desert. Overall a great stay. Would definitely go back! :)
