This is by far the best hotel I stayed in Casablanca. They have the friendliest staff and will go above and beyond to make your stay the best. The room is luxurious and had everything you need to have a special stay

This is probably the worst Hyatt hotel in the world. The rooms smell bad, the facilities are old, and the air conditioning is not powerful enough. Except for the name of the hotel, which is that of a five-star hotel, there is nothing else like a five-star hotel.

The hotel is in the city center, and there is a bit of traffic jam during rush hour. The hotel is big, but has little architectural aesthetics. The room I stayed in this time is a duplex apartment suite with two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, utility room, three toilets and two bathrooms. Convenient for families. The hotel sent a table of Moroccan desserts and nuts.

Room amenities not upto Hyatt standards. Every was broken or stained. There was this stale, drainage- like smell in my room as well. Decent service though.

Nice property .. central location close to the Casa port station .
Staff is exceptional polite and always ready to help .
We had dinner at their Moroccan restaurant .. food and entertainment was exceptional .. belly dancer was really good .
Would reccomend the property .
