We arrived 7 families, the rooms were not so clean, hair all over the place, house keeping woke us up at 7:30 am loud knocks at the door. We all had to eat dinner and breakfast outside in the cold in the holiday sukkot. Very cold. Dinner not so appealing. Our kids wanted to go in the pool but since it's an indoor country club pool they were limited to a small swimming area. I have no idea why they rate this 4 stars, maybe a 3 at the most.

Very poor experience. The hotel is not maintained and not clean. The facilities -gym and a pool are old and not clean. The food is not good. The room is basic and not well maintained. No cold water in the tap. The floor is dirty. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The Hotel is in a beautiful setting high in the grounds of a Kibbutz. It's a large hotel but not high rise with quick lifts, ramps and slopes so no probs for wheelchairs. Lovely gardens and our room looking east had a stunning view of the modern panorama of Jerusalem, the Capital of Israel. My Hebrew is very limited but we were greeted by Mohammed on reception who reassuringly had great English. All the staff were really friendly. The room was clean, modern, had a safe, fridge (no minibar), complimentary water, chocolate and an excellent bottle of red wine. The bathroom had a large shower room and plenty of hot water !!. No mould !! Reading lights on both sides of the bed, good lighting throughout and a large flatscreen TV. It was hot when we arrived and cold in the night (as Jerusalem can be) so we were glad that the A/C was efficient at both cooling and warming at night. Very comfortable large double bed. I would have liked another pillow and bigger thicker towels. I'm sure if I had asked another pillow would have arrived. The towels were adequate, but I love big thick ones. We were given extra towel on arrival to use in the pool separately. We were booked B&B and were upgraded free to an evening meal. The dining room is large, clean but a little bit like a dining hall rather than restaurant. The food was buffet style and is "dairy". Due to the rules of providing Kosher food, many hotels may not serve meat or will have a separate area/restaurant for meat. The food was plentiful, tasty, hot and adequate but not Corden Bleu. Israeli breakfast is a feast and this was no exception. The view from the dining windows looking out towards the west and south west was fabulous. Plenty of free parking, free wifi, large conference facilities, coffee shop with plenty of choice. We didn't use the pool but it looked lovely too. To sum up, a very friendly & relaxing hotel. Particularly if you have car it's a great alternative to the bustle of the city centre hotels of Jerusalem. Happy to recommend it and would undoubtedly stay there again.

Excellent hotel with amazing view. Very nice, cosy and clean room. Kind and helpufull staff. Good parking area. Nice sitting areas and paths outside. Amazing that that there were a bottle of wine in the room waiting for us and the dinner on the house; we apprecciated. Highly recommended and for sure we will be back. Also location is good.

The people were very friendly. The accommodation clean and there were some nice presents to welcome us, such as chocolat, coffee, good wine. Very good and delicious breakfast. A little mistake was made and they offered us a compensation a free dinner! Nice gesture. Swimming pool open until 22 o'clock, perfect time! Stunning views and walks in the environment.

This hotel does NOT belong to the Kibbutz and is outside the Kibbutz they just want you to think it does. Milk?? No! They will tell you they don't have milk at the hotel and you are not near shops to buy. Breakfast - the worse of any hotel I ate at in Israel or other places in the world They have a trick of putting same food around so you get the illusion of variety Worse variety and quality of breakfast and the impression you get is that all they think about is how to save.

Was part of a group - and this was what was available due to a marathon. My AC did not work. In fact, no matter what I set it at, the temperature of the room only went up & quickly. So thankfully the window opened and it was still cool overnight. There was nothing in walking distance for food at night and the snack counter was typically closed by 5pm. So there’s nowhere to get dinner if you don’t grab a taxi or a very risky walk along the side of the road. My toilet broke one night and while it did get fixed, the part they replaced was gross and I was supposed to touch it to flush the toilet. The bed was made daily but I never really felt clean in my room. It’s like they came in and made the bed, and that’s all… I wouldn’t recommend it and certainly won’t be staying there again. There was urine in the hallway that didn’t get cleaned for nearly 24hrs. Children running up and down and around with no real control, which is Joe o think the urine ended up on the floor.
