The experience was very poor. At first, there was rubbish in the trash can. I thought that maybe I didn’t pay attention to it and didn’t pursue it. However, there was no hot water in the bath. The way, I can’t even take a shower. Looking at such a big hotel, it’s actually like this. I’m very disappointed. If it’s not for the exam the next day, I have to do some theory.

作為去馬鞍山比賽的“學生”我們需要安全安靜舒適的環境 但是！🔴裝修聲音大！早上七點 電鑽聲音超級超級大 我們第二天所有人都無精打采的 第二天早上七點
🔴服務：“五月四號下午五點左右的前台”客服態度非常不好 我向他反映有電鑽裝修的聲音（聲音特別大，像是鑽我腦門）⚠️前台説“不就是裝修的聲音嗎選在還有嗎？”之後一系列的溝通都非常敷衍不耐煩語氣差 並且表示打投訴電話自己都不在乎 這些話和語氣讓其他人都覺得這家店可能是這位前台女士開的 或者説馬鞍山的消費者權益在她這並沒有什麼用 或許在她心裏難道認為貴店沒必要遵守國家規定的消費者權益法嗎？她還揚言説她們這都有監控無所畏懼 沒見過服務這麼差的前台，其他班點的前台服務很好（這位前台女士是胖胖的那一位）
🔴衞生：我們同行四個人 一晚過後三個人身上都出現過敏性孢疹 翻看床單之後發現床護墊上面有一些毛髮 懷疑沒有更換床護墊 地板上的墊子老舊臟
設施：房間特別昏暗 電器老舊 東拼西湊 房間的桌子都不一樣 廁所特別滑 （如果比賽前一天滑倒損失會很嚴重）裝修比較老舊 個別傢俱很鋒利 劃傷我們兩位同伴。
🔴希望貴店老闆加以改進 對員工着重處理。

服務超好，前台説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，外賣會送到專門的地點，環境很棒，室內環境很有設計感，門面裝潢很特別很讓人喜歡，前台大廳還有一個大船的木雕，房間內也讓人感覺温馨，整體都是很棒的

為了送朋友第二天乘坐高鐵，所以選擇了這家離高鐵站近點的酒店，但確實很近，開車十分鐘左右就到了。因為剛剛旅遊回來，進入酒店也沒有看看周邊情況，不瞭解周邊情況。酒店前台服務不錯，房間很大。可以停車，方便

第一次住這家酒店，整體感覺還是蠻不錯的，前台辦理服務還可以，房間空間還是蠻大的，比之前幾次住的酒店都要大一點，床單也是比之前住過的酒店要舒服，停車方便，房間有窗户，剛好今天雨過天晴，陽光明媚。
