設施不錯，酒店環境很好，衞生打掃的很好，很乾凈。服務人員很熱情，早餐種類很豐富，早餐的麪不錯。洗衣機有洗衣機和烘乾機，本來覺得甩幹後晾一晚就好，就沒有烘乾。沒想一晚上➕一上午衣服都沒有幹，智能有點潮的帶走了。

酒店入住體驗給我感覺非常滿意，衝著馬鞍山長江不夜城來玩的，前台的小姐姐們服務態度超好，辦理入住時還倒了茶水。客房衞生很乾凈，還可以機器人送餐，點了外賣機器人打電話送到了房間！1樓就是餐廳，早餐品種很多，辦入住時前台推薦了麪條説是他們家的特色，麪條澆頭有好幾種，味道都不錯。推薦！！

前台服務員和客房阿姨都盡職盡責，待人熱情，酒店性價比高，訂的酒店高級大床房，房間大，還有一個可以躺的貴妃椅，白天還可以在房間曬曬太陽，房間隔音效果也很好，最喜歡這家店的這個房型。出差，旅遊首選。

寫字枱上全是油，我找了四五張紙都沒怎麼擦乾淨;然後洗手間門上還掛着前面房客的內褲，感覺這個店的服務越來越跟不上了
