酒店位於商業區，旁邊五百米就是金鷹、八佰伴等購物廣場，還有騳街等小吃街。購物吃飯很方便。價格實惠，物美價廉，早餐也不錯，春節期間180塊錢的房費（帶早餐）挺實惠的。唯一有點不方便的可能就是馬鞍山比較小，街道都比較窄，酒店位於商業區，容易堵車。開車來的話最好將車停在停車場，然後騎共享單車出行，這樣比較方便。（想去採石磯或長江不夜城的話，也可以乘公交車前往）。

來體驗下小馬的洗浴文化，順便來找朋友玩，酒店地理位置很好，離金鷹，雨山湖公園都不遠，走幾步就到了，裝修風格稍微老了點，但是房間整潔乾淨，前台小徐服務很好，很熱情。

酒店服務態度很好，房間乾淨整潔，地理位置優越，吃喝玩樂一條街方便，美食城就在旁邊，出差基本上都是入住維也納，西安的維也納沒有安徽的好，給安徽點個贊！👍👍👍👍

優點是酒店位置不錯，在商業中心（離金鷹走過去幾分鐘），往另一個方向走幾分鐘就是雨山湖公園，裏面挺大的，有時間可以去逛逛。前台小徐服務熱情，問題也積極解答。不足的是房間地毯有不少污漬，兩個浴巾都破了好幾個洞，沒有小孩子的拖鞋洗漱品，還有房間空調温度調了也不管用，衹能在27.8度，太熱了。
