Family-run, homely Hotel, within easy level walking distance of St Anne's town centre and the seafront. In an old building, but tastefully modernised by the present owners, who were very welcoming. Comfortable beds and excellent continental breakfast, although full breakfast available. Would definitely recommend.

I love staying at the Hollingworth because Mike and Debbie provide everything I need: friendly welcome, spotlessly clean room with a comfy bed, generous breakfast and nothing is too much trouble, they will do whatever they can to make your stay enjoyable.

Superb accommodation, excellent hosts, clean, modern and friendly with great attention to detail and little extras to make the stay even better. Great knowledge and insight to the local area, breakfast was great with lots of choice in the continental and cooked breakfast was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Very clean and tidy throughout with excellent en-suite facilities. The hosts Mike and Debbie were very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of choice for breakfast and recommend the full English for an extra £7 to get you started for the day. Will love to stay again when next in St. Annes.

The hotel is clean and smart. Fabulous location. Short walk to the promenade and beach. Car parking available. The hosts are welcoming and friendly. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. Lots of choice at breakfast, such as teacakes, fresh fruit, yogurts, toast, scrambled eggs on toast. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed at the Hollingworth for 4 nights from the 12th August. Was immediately made welcome by Debbie and Mike. Very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Room was on the big side and spotless, as was the en-suite and a well stocked tea/ coffee tray. Great choice of cereals, breads and other breakfast goods, eggs too if required each morning. A full cooked breakfast was available for an additional charge, but to be honest there was so much of the other, we couldn't fit one in. This hotel is in a great location in the centre of St. Annes very close to the sea front, shops and buses if needed, although if traveling by car as we did, there is an on site car park too. Great value for money and would definitely recommend. Thanks Debbie and Mike, we will be back.

5 star all round, fantastic B&B would highly recommend, Great breakfast great rooms, for the price you cannot go wrong with the Hollingworth very modern bathrooms as well and the hosts Mike and Debbie was fantastic couldn’t have done enough, will defiantly be retuning!

Home from home. Mike and Debby cannot do enough for their guests. A weekend break in early Spring was made special by the comfort of the Hollingworth and the warmth of the welcome. The hotel is spotlessly clean and every room is fully equipped with towels, toiletries and TV.

Wonderful B&B hosted by Mike and Debbie, very warm welcoming couple with a spotlessly clean fantastic B&B. It’s ideally positioned in St Anne’s for Lytham & Blackpool, if you’re coming over this way, this B&B is the place to stay, the breakfast are to die for with lots of variety.
