Offshore Lytham St Annes hotel is in a superb location, ideal for both relaxation and local exploration. Close to the beach and shops, hotel's staff are friendly and welcoming, the hotel is clean and our room was big enough, only thing was no lighting near the wardrobe but wasn't a problem. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast, plenty of options to choose from and meals we had were lovely our stay was enjoyable and we will be returning

A lovely place. We had lunch today with a friend who lives in St. Annes. Nice food in pleasant surroundings. Very good price. Staff made us feel valued especially Vinnie. Would not hesitate to recommend a visit and we will certainly go again.

I booked a last minute stay at Offshore for myself and mum, we had a great break away. The hotel is clean and well decorated. Our room was very comfortable with a large accessible bathroom. A good breakfast. I will definitely book again.

Like a few reviews, the check in system fails and you end up queuing as the machines don't work. We weren't told at check in about the green clean and free drinks etc, we weren't told about breakfast times or even wifi codes. The room was fine, small but clean and was suitable for three nights. We did run out of toilet roll and I had to wait at the bar for a good 15minutes for a member of staff to hand me two rolls in public in the bar!! We only had one meal in the restaurant which was very average, the smallest mussels I have ever had. There seems to be staff shortages on the bar and glass/plate collecting. Our last visit was in November and the service and food has certainly gone down hill in such a short time. Very limited parking for such a large hotel also.

Really enjoyed our stay. Will most likely be back soon. The breakfast was good. We didn’t have lunch or dinner there but most definitely will try them the next time we visit. The hotel is well placed and the staff were all very kind and helpful.

Very clean room. Bit of a faff with the electronic check in, I prefer a human!! Eventually read about the green scheme ( complimentary drink if you don't use room clean) after I'd bought a drink! Explained to the supervisor Vinnie and he was excellent and refunded me there and then!!! Top man. Great location! Definitely recommend this hotel.
