The second time we stop here . The hotel is scratched , requires cosmetic repair , narrow glass in the shower and water is floating on the floor (you have to buy a curtain) , and the most terrible is GREEMENTS 👎🥲 On the respiratory staff works EXCLUSION ❗️

it was a very bad experience in this hotel, the bathroom is flooding after taking shower since the water drain so slow.
Even one night no hot water provide, and my boss room suddenely no electricity.
there are few steps to the escalator in the lobby, it is not convenient to take the heavy luggage up the steps.
the only one good thing is the breakfast, many choices.
All of us dont think it is worth of this hotel. not recommand at all. very disappointed

I was fortunate enough to visit The Boscolo in August of this year (22) and have to say I wasn’t disappointed. The staff were welcoming and very helpful and the first impression of the hotel is fabulous. The room was beautiful, clean and very well finished with lovely comfortable beds. The treats left were very welcome too. The pool area was wonderful and the meal we had in the evening, around the pool, was exceptionally good. I would love to visit Nice again and if I do the Boscolo would be my first choice!

We spent two nights at the Okko Lyon at the beginning of August 2022. The property consists in a restored building right on the banks of rivet Rhone. The interior is all modern design and while the club lounge is really well decorated, rooms are more on the simple and essential side. Our room while not large was quite comfortable with a balcony and partial river view. The location of the hotel is perfect to visit Lyon on foot with easy access to both the centre and the old town. The club with all day refreshments and aperitif in the evening is a nice an welcoming inclusion. Some areas of improvement we feel could be addressed are: one or two extra towel hooks in the rather compact bathroom, a mini bar in the rooms even if you get refreshments at the club and finally it would be nice and expected to have the first glass offered with the evening aperitif while all alcoholics are extra. Breakfast is nice with a good range of both sweet an savoury items on offer. Finally the staff are all professional nice and welcoming. In all a good address to visit Lyon!

Hotel Charlemagne is a great hotel. The location was in an esplanade district directly in the route of all public transport. We took a tram to the train station, and the bus to the tourist sites- direct route. There is plenty to eat in the area, with a mall about a 10 min walk. Across the street is a self service all included laundry, very helpful for long trips. Some restaurants in the area close outside the peak hours- mostly 3-6. The staff was very friendly and the bar tender made a great mojito.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and the beds are a good size and very comfortable. We had dinner at the Pampa hotel restaurant, and everything was delicious. The breakfast buffet is also very varied. We dealt with Jack at reception, very professional 👍

Having booked a 'comfort apparthotel', the standard of our apartment was well below the standard we expected, and not at all what the photos suggested we would get. There were holes in the plaster and paintwork on the walls throughout the apartment, and peeling paint. The lights in the bedroom were broken, and curtains hanging off the curtain rails. Lighting was insufficient after dark, and at least one ceiling tile was broken. We didn't receive any housekeeping during our 6 night stay, and had to ask for a new bin bag once the first one was full. The apartment was quite dusty, and the dishwasher quite smelly. The heated towel rail in the bathroom didn't work at all. On the plus side, we had the space we needed and were in a good location, and it was good to have the basic kitchen facilities which you wouldn't get in a hotel. But the quality of the apartment was very poor, especially considering the price we paid. Needless to say, I have already attempted to send this feedback via the contact form on the company's website and had no response.

A very good experience. Marriott's standards are right. The service at the hotel front desk is very good. There is a hotel downstairs where you can have some fun. Lyon is not a big city and you can just take a taxi to go out. If you drive, there is a large parking lot. It's a very convenient venue, but it's a bit expensive, costing 45 euros a night.

Stay for a weekend in Lyon. The hotel is new, large room, pleasant clean with small balcony. Quiet street. The location is a little far from the city, but metro station 10 minutes away on foot. Possibility of parking on the street in front of the hotel. Nearby restaurants. Basic but OK breakfast.
The reception is closed from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., we found ourselves in front of a closed hotel when we arrived at 2 p.m....

XXinzhizhongzhouThe hotel is located in the most famous skyscraper in downtown Lyon. The decoration is very design-oriented, and the room has a wide view and a great view. The front desk was very helpful in introducing recommended restaurants. There is Tramway downstairs, and public transportation is convenient. The breakfast is also very rich, which is an experience beyond expectations.

GGuest UserThis was the second time I had stayed at the Grand Hotel des Terreaux. The hotel is in a central location in Lyon, and I like the style. The service was excellent, they speak English, and I loved the breakfast buffet. The room I stayed in was very nice but on the smaller side, typical for hotel rooms in France. The bed was very comfortable for me, and the room had air conditioning which is great as it can get quite warm in France. Wireless access was included, and fast and reliable. Overall an excellent hotel I can highly recommend.

rooms are super comfy and the bed is amazing.
Perfect choice for business or leisure travel.

However, the health is general, there is dust on the bed table, I hope to pay attention. GGuest User15min walk from Lyon Part Dieu. Due to construction works, walking and dragging luggage became challenging and not as direct. There was a huge Westfield Mall where you can shop and dine. 10min walk to car rental office. There was a pickup area for us to load up luggage to our rental car just beside the hotel. Check-in process was a bliss. Staff was friendly. Sanitisers were always available. Room was relatively much smaller than Paris hotel. Barely enough space for 2x large luggage. Nevertheless, room was clean and dust-free. Toilet had decent space. Recommended for as a stopover hotel. Probably a night stay.

MMeloukClose to the subway and tram, a good restaurant, a few meters away, with a variety of food, every lunchtime there is a dining car, comfortable and quiet bedding, on the other hand, apart from the office, there are few simple tableware There is a small kitchen, no dining table; for breakfast, the box provided is not up to standard: 3 mini pastries, a bottle of juice, a part of bread and a bag of coffee! The value of money does not exist.
But what shocked me the most was that they refused customers to use the toilet before checking in. Do you obviously always have to go back to the room because of Covid? For the customer, this does not seem to be very suitable for me.

GGuest UserPetit hôtel très sympathique, sans prétention, mais très honnete, bien pensé, bien décoré et aux espaces efficacement optimisés et d’excellent rapport qualité/prix avec un petit dej avec des viennoiseries de qualité, ainsi que du bon pain frais, même si une offre un peu plus étendu en salé serait appréciable. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et arrangeant . Les « tintins et Astérix » gracieusement prêtés par l’établissement achèveront de vous endormir en douceur.

蒋蒋A family of three, the executive three-person room booked two days in advance, the standard room plus a sofa bed at the time of check-in, the most important thing is that there is no quilt and pillow on the sofa bed! And all the toiletries are for two people. After negotiating with the front desk, I said that I am embarrassed to clean up the mistakes. Then I found a circle and said that I was too embarrassed to be quilted. I can only use the spare blanket in the cabinet! We asked for two sheets to look for. The attitude of the younger brother is good, but it is helpless, and we are speechless. In addition, the room had a pungent taste of decoration (or the smell of carpet cleaner) and opened a night window. Experience the worst hotel on this trip!

KKANThe best thing is to have free parking spaces, which are really rare in the city, but the parking spaces are first come first served. If you arrive in the evening, it is basically impossible, and it is recommended to stop the car and don't drive. It is not convenient to drive in the city.
The room is small and the design is not very reasonable. The 7-day standard is still equipped with a sink in the corridor. It is better to use the space in the area near the bed.
The service is reduced because there is always no one at the front desk. I want to check out twice and can't find anyone. I really don't want to take the time to put the key at the front desk.
The location is convenient, next to the literary and art neighborhood, in fact, the feeling of the cement forest, in a building and patio that is abandoned and actually lives, there are many graffiti, standing in the parking lot can see the river opposite.

Stayed for 2 nights (2 adults & 1 kid) Positives: Clean hotel - To be expected from any Ibis Budget Helpful staff - To be expected from any Ibis Budget Basic amenities - microwave at reception / cold drinking water (may not be complementary but staff let us refill our bottles) Ample car parking - We didn't use since we were not driving McDonalds next door - Helpful only if you are a McD person which I am not!!! Negatives: Rooms are not air conditioned - not sure if that is the case with all Ibis budget hotels but it could get uncomfortable in June nights Location is kind of secluded - can be slightly scary to go out after dark (especially with family) Not too many restaurants (except McD ofcourse), bars, supermarkets nearby Metro station is a good 800-900 mt away so can get tedious if you plan to walk to metro station multiple times a day
