The studio was good, but nothing special. Unfortunately, we did not have a double bed. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The receptionist (the African origin one with curly hair) was very unwelcoming, very rude, she did not even make an effort to smile, she should not work in a hotel. The two other receptionists (one africain origin, and one blond) were nice and friendly, but the one we had to deal with was really unpleasant.

It is within walking distance from the train station, but the road is very desolate. Because it is always along the road, there is no problem with safety. The room is clean and the facilities are all good, and it is convenient to go to the surrounding scenic spots. The key is that the price is good. The guy at the front desk is enthusiastic and handsome, and I recommend staying here.

The hotel has a train special corridor. The room is good. The shit and shower are separated. Poor sound insulation, breakfast time, dishes, walking, etc. The location is quieter. I like quietness. (30 minutes walk from the train station 🥲) There are no attractions nearby. There is a small supermarket diagonally opposite. Basic things can be bought.

The room of the ”Dior Park Montambo Apartment (Tamboim)” is actually good, air-conditioned, very quiet, there is a kettle, and a kitchen, you can cook by yourself. There is breakfast, but there are very few categories, and it feels not very hygienic. Many mosquitoes are flying and feel that breakfast is not hygienic. It is recommended not to eat breakfast at the hotel and go outside. I have traveled to so many countries. This is the hotel breakfast. I will check whether I pay for breakfast. Everyone is conscious. The hotel is near the Lyon train station. After walking about 50 meters through the park, you can see that a facade is orange. Don't worry, it's this one.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, close to Guillotiere on Tramway Line 1, and it takes three or four minutes to walk. There is also a No. 12 bus to Bellecour. The room and bathroom are of good size, the hotel is clean, and the environment is not bad. Please note that there is no safe in the room, no luggage rack, there is a kettle, but no spoon, the cups are all disposable paper cups, and there is no tissue in the room, which is not very convenient. I live on the fourth floor, and there are several steps on both sides of the room, and I need to lift the luggage up, which is not very convenient (the last two pictures). The front desk service of the hotel is quite satisfactory. They are relatively young, so they probably don’t know how to communicate with guests better, but as long as you ask questions, they will answer you. For example, when checking in, the front desk forgot to tell me the hotel WIFI password and how to call the front desk. There was no instructions in the room, so I had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask. Others are OK.

The hotel met my expectations generally talking. It was bright room, clean enough, the bed is really comfy. Though I wish I could add some square metres to the size of it 😅 Staff on the reception is very friendly and helpful (as I had some issues to solve). I also think they could add some more towels to the room, as I've got 2 only. I was a solo traveller and at the end it wasn't crytical, but as I kind suggestion.

Good check in and check out, some issues with the plug in the sink draining water slowllly and the air conditioner isn't adjustable but otherwise a good experience!

It's far from the station, but there is a supermarket nearby. Also, there is a microwave and a kitchen, so I think it's recommended for people staying for a medium or longer period. The area around the bed is clean, but there was a little dust in the corners of the room. However, I think this level of dust is reasonable considering the price range.

Because the train line from Gruyere to Lyon had problems, the train detoured to Chambery and then to Lyon, which delayed the trip. I stayed one night near the Lyon high-speed railway station. This Ibis hotel is very close to the Lyon part dieu high-speed railway station, just a 1-minute walk away. The room is of a suitable size and has good sound insulation. I didn't hear much noise from the train at night, and it was not noisy. There were no toothbrushes, slippers, hair dryers, etc. in the room, but I brought them myself. The bed and quilt in the room were clean and comfortable. In short, it is very close to the Lyon part dieu high-speed railway station, and it is very suitable for catching the train and staying for one night
