The studio was good, but nothing special. Unfortunately, we did not have a double bed. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The receptionist (the African origin one with curly hair) was very unwelcoming, very rude, she did not even make an effort to smile, she should not work in a hotel. The two other receptionists (one africain origin, and one blond) were nice and friendly, but the one we had to deal with was really unpleasant.

No complain with this price, space and and location👍 Tips for parking: If you want to park your car, you have to go to the reception first, then they will give you instructions and a card to open the gate for parking.

Pullman Lyon is a relatively new hotel. Had a great stay and I had a train to catch on Jan 1 2025 morning, Lyon Part Dieu station to Paris is literally 1 min walk! So very convenient if you don’t want to be late for your onward journey. I got to Pullman from another hotel on an Uber, and there were still constructions and a pro tip to to take Taxi rather than Uber if you’ve luggages because Ubers aren’t allowed into the hotel zone. It’s only for bus and taxis. I wish Pullman had large signage’s to get to their hotel because the entrance is being blocked by the construction. The hotel should have a big Pullman on thier building on all sides like the Radisson Blu nearby it so that people can easily spot it. The front desk Marie was lovely! All those at reception and concierge spoke great English and were very helpful in helping me call for a taxi and giving me ideas on where to go for dinner on 31 Dec as I had not made any reservations. The hotel room is big and roomy, with lots of space for luggages. I got a room for handicap access so the shower and toilet areas were joined tgt. The rain shower was great in keeping the floor dry. I’ll def choose this hotel in future visits if I have an early train to catch in Lyon. It’s in good distance to Westfield shopping mall and it’s a mega big mall with heaps of shopping, dining, supermarket options!

The location is ok. They haven't a knife, or cutting board, and pans for an aparthotel. There is no AC. It is about 2 km from the hotel to the old town of Lyon.

TGV 기차역과 멀지 않고, 지하철역 및 트램역과도 가까워 이동하기 편합니다. 근처에 수퍼마켓, 맥도날드도 있어 좋아요. 간단한 취식 가능한 형태입니다. 전자레인지, 커피포트 및 다양한 식기와 냉장고(냉동 포함)도 있습니다. 개인적으로 몸이 안 좋은 상태에 여행을 가서 비쿠베 리옹의 다양한 시설들을 즐기지 못해 아쉽습니다. 피트니스, 루프탑, 사무공간(?) 등이 있어요. 이곳에 가신다면 충분히 즐기시길 바랍니다. EUREXPO 전시회장 가기도 수월합니다. 침실 공간 깨끗하고 충분히 넓습니다. 직원도 친절하고 체크아웃 시간이 여유있어 좋습니다. 리옹에 간다면 다시 묵고 싶습니다.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, close to Guillotiere on Tramway Line 1, and it takes three or four minutes to walk. There is also a No. 12 bus to Bellecour. The room and bathroom are of good size, the hotel is clean, and the environment is not bad. Please note that there is no safe in the room, no luggage rack, there is a kettle, but no spoon, the cups are all disposable paper cups, and there is no tissue in the room, which is not very convenient. I live on the fourth floor, and there are several steps on both sides of the room, and I need to lift the luggage up, which is not very convenient (the last two pictures). The front desk service of the hotel is quite satisfactory. They are relatively young, so they probably don’t know how to communicate with guests better, but as long as you ask questions, they will answer you. For example, when checking in, the front desk forgot to tell me the hotel WIFI password and how to call the front desk. There was no instructions in the room, so I had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask. Others are OK.

The hotel has a train special corridor. The room is good. The shit and shower are separated. Poor sound insulation, breakfast time, dishes, walking, etc. The location is quieter. I like quietness. (30 minutes walk from the train station 🥲) There are no attractions nearby. There is a small supermarket diagonally opposite. Basic things can be bought.

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in a great location with buses, trams and the train station close by so it's easy to get around. I also felt very safe walking around as a solo female traveller. The service from the reception staff was second to none. They are very friendly and polite. The double room was of a good size and clean. I want to mention that the housekeeping team were really efficient too. I will be happy to return.

Very close to Lyon Train Station. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk from the station. It is very convenient for short-term business trips. The hotel staff has a good service attitude. The room is standard. The breakfast is OK. It is a pity that there is no kettle in the room.

Because the train line from Gruyere to Lyon had problems, the train detoured to Chambery and then to Lyon, which delayed the trip. I stayed one night near the Lyon high-speed railway station. This Ibis hotel is very close to the Lyon part dieu high-speed railway station, just a 1-minute walk away. The room is of a suitable size and has good sound insulation. I didn't hear much noise from the train at night, and it was not noisy. There were no toothbrushes, slippers, hair dryers, etc. in the room, but I brought them myself. The bed and quilt in the room were clean and comfortable. In short, it is very close to the Lyon part dieu high-speed railway station, and it is very suitable for catching the train and staying for one night
