Nice hôtel but breakfast not very special - the service is a little bit frenetic : there was a waitress which was running in all directions in the breakfast place which was very funny. IMPORTANT : they asked me 135 euro more on the credit card for security reasons and after when you leave you have to check if they have not taken your money - so we do not have a control on this. They should inform the client before in order for us to decide if booking or not.

Excellent location, walking distance to public transport (tram and metro/overground rail). Staff very helpful breakfast excellent served in a right room with varied selection. Room overlooking garden very comfortable and quiet. Loved it!

Keystone is a place to be both for business and pleasure or have a weekend away in Lyon. Tram from airport to Part Dieu then take T1 direction to Debourg and get off at Sainte-Blandine and hotel is just round the corner. Check in is quick with no fuss, breakfast is plenty to choose from to bright up your day. Room is well equipped, clean, bright, and new 405. Great location close to everything, bang on between old and new plus a big mall just 5 mins away. You can walk along the river Rhone to reach old town for Bouchon, visit Saturday market before head to Notre Dame. (Would love to recommend La Croix - Rousse area for a great local and place to eat out and away from tourist like us. Last FAB service from team with smile and special thank you to Karim from first to last day for making this trip more memorable in Lyon.

Very good hotel. Nice and helpful staff. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine in the room. Not big but absolutely comfortable bathroom. Spacious underground parking is just in five minutes away from the hotel. The hotel is located in very nice modern area with many restaurants, coffeehouses. We’ll be back!

We arrived late at this hotel to find a ladder blocking our room door! We did not know there were renovations going on. This ladder appeared a few times which was v annoying. There was nowhere to sit downstairs as this depended on whether the attached brasserie was open. The manager of this brasserie was extremely rude to my husband and we left. I was very upset at this. The bathroom was tiny with hardly any light at all. Breakfast was pretty awful. They should not have given us that room in view of the building work.

The hotel does not have a parking lot, we made a reservation looking for hotels with parking and they confirmed that the parking lot is very close (two blocks away) as my wife was pregnant and the car was fully loaded, we needed a guarded parking lot nearby. We had to ask them to cancel the room, but their policy is not to return the money in any case, so we had to find another hotel that had parking and pay for two hotels for the same night. The manager, Melanie, did not treat us well at all….

La chambre supérieure n'est pas à la hauteur des prix pratiqués, lavabo bouché, une seule vasque, grille d'évacuation de douche cassée. L'espace qu'ils nomment "Spa" est extrêmement petit, jacuzzi hors service, compliqué d'ouvrir la porte du hammam sans se heurter à un fauteuil! Personnel sympathique mais non professionnel.

Hôtel propre confortable avec un très bon petit déjeuner, et un très bon repas le soir ! Quartier confluence un peu excentré pour notre programme de visite mais chambre au calme Literie agréable, chambre cosy Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter du spa
