Great location but staircase so narrow with no help taking suitcases to 5th floor on the tight spiral staircase. We were concerned about fire escape access. Close to bridges for accessing the old town and good eateries close by. Reception was helpful calling taxis and offering us morning coffee.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel du 14 au 15/07.
La chambre était tout simplement sale : poussière sur les étagères, petites tâches marrons sur le sol, odeur épouvantable. Mais le comble : j’ai été réveillé durant la nuit par une souris qui me montait sur la cuisse + une qui courait dans la chambre. J’ai quitté l’hôtel sur le champ (à 02h du matin) et j’ai dû trouver un autre hôtel.
L’établissement a refusé de me rembourser la nuit supplémentaire prise dans le nouvel hôtel.
Les autorités sanitaires de la ville et de la région ont été contactées. FUYEZ VITE !

Matières fécales dans la douche ! Pire hôtel de Lyon. Nous sommes arrivés dans un hôtel lugubre et triste. Cela nous aurait suffit pour passer la nuit mais nous ne nous attendions pas à trouver des matières fécales dans la douche. Aucune intervention du personnel malgré nos demandes. Nous n'avons pas pu nous laver. Le lendemain aucun geste n'a été proposé et même après avoir eu le directeur de l'hôtel au téléphone il n'a pas voulu nous aider et a dit je cite "la femme de ménage en prendra plein la g*ule vous inquiétez pas !", pour essayer de nous culpabiliser de la situation. On voit bien la mentalité de la direction qui est à l'image de leur hôtel. Ils ne prennent pas en considération leurs clients et méritent leurs avis négatifs. A fuir.

A fuir arnaque et pas de possibilité d'annuler !!! j'ai du annuler et demandé une remise exceptionnelle ils ne m'ont même pas répondu, pas pro ni commercial comme attitude, je souhaitait louer pour deux jours consécutifs impossible en plus....

Une horror : une saleté absolument jamais vue. Incroyable de saleté et vraiment ignoble. Pourvu qu'on le signale à l'hygiène. Infect. Il y avait des toiles d'araignée dans la VLC et la SDB était infecte aussi. Le savon était gras. Bref, c'est une horreur surtout si on mentionne le jeune à l'entrée pas aimable et l'hôtel fermé après minuit.

hôtel très bien placé, proche métro cordeliers.pratique. Plutôt pour les sportifs car il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Réceptionniste week end très agréable. Réception ouverte jusqu'à 23H. C'est propre , un peu vieillot. Clientèle d'habitués. Comme on est en plein centre ville, il peut y avoir du bruit
