The receptionist — whose name I unfortunately forgot, but who impressively speaks seven languages — is extremely professional, kind, clear, and charming. She truly left the strongest impression of the hotel. She also gave us great recommendations for restaurants, and I must emphasize that she deserves high praise!

Our rooms were dirty and full of dust The hotel is central but in a bad place The staff was friendly and helpfull but not professional... when we arrived there we asked to change our rooms and to give as a clean place :'(

Good position - friendly staff but tiny room and poor open plan bathroom. Small toilet had double doors with vicious springs making entry and exit to the tiny area very unpleasant. I would stay again for the position but not for any other reason

All was great, the reception, room , location . The staff were very helpful, offering me a room on ground level as requested, assisting me in answering questions about the city and transport. Air con helped a lot and room was very quiet.

Hotel sympa et personnel accueillant, petit parking qui a le grand mérité d'être disponible. Chambre calme et propre, douche et sanitaire propre. Petit déjeuner simple avec des oranges a presser vous même, le reste de petit classique. Bonne idée de limité le volume de télé pour la tranquillité des autres

Hôtel sale, petit déjeuner pas frais, jus d'orange périmé, insectes dans la nourriture. Chambre en mauvais état, meubles abimés, fils elec à nu. Quartier à éviter de toute évidence.

Séjour mitigé. La chambre était confortable et relativement propre, mais la télécommande de la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. L'équipe a cependant été réactive et nous en a fourni une nouvelle rapidement. Il n'était pas possible d'entrer de manière autonome dans l'hôtel : nous avons dû attendre 10 minutes pour que quelqu'un nous ouvre, en plein après-midi, pendant les heures d'ouverture. ＞ ＞ À mon arrivée, j'ai payé pour un petit déjeuner. On m'a précisé que je pouvais le prendre jusqu'à 10h, mais lorsque je suis descendu à 9h15, le buffet avait déjà été rangé, car ils pensaient que tous les clients étaient passés. Je n'ai donc pas pu prendre de petit déjeuner. En plus, l'hôtesse ne maîtrisait pas le système de remboursement par carte, ce qui a rendu le processus long et chaotique. On m'a demandé tous les numéros de ma carte bancaire, alors qu'un simple sans contact aurait suffi. Le deuxième jour, alors que j'étais encore dans la chambre, la femme de ménage est entrée sans frapper, bien avant l'heure limite de check-out. En bref, hôtel bien situé mais service décevant ; je ne le recommande pas.
