The location is great.
The room is spacious, even with a crib.
A microwave and kettle are available at reception.
Parking is available for €12 per night with secure parking, which is great.
On the other hand, there was a major problem in the room, probably due to water damage and humidity.
Every morning the window was filled with dripping water.
The daily cleaning was cursory: a water jet in the shower, beds made, and towels changed, but the floor wasn't cleaned.
The shower is very slippery; be careful with children!!
Breakfast is not worth €12 at all. There's a long wait for both cutlery and the buffet, and the breakfast staff is unfriendly.

Very disappointed in every way, and ripped off by trip.com on the price = bad experience.
This hotel is not worth a 3 star.
Very basic breakfast.
Work to be planned, privacy not very respected, very noisy...
