L’appartement était extrêmement beau et élégant, avec un rapport qualité-prix vraiment optimal. L’accueil des jeunes femmes à la réception a été parfait, chaleureux et professionnel. Nous reviendrons certainement pour nos prochaines visites à Lyon !

非常遺憾我沒能入住這個美麗的酒店，但是我的朋友們在這裏度過了美好的一天。她們叮囑我一定要給個五星好評。唯一的缺點是酒店沒有電梯，對帶着6個大箱子的4個女生是個巨大的挑戰。但酒店的美女小姐姐熱情幫忙搬運行李，彌補了這唯一的缺憾！

We can’t say enough about The Suites at Ile Barbe. The Suites are in a former Abbey. The rooms have been meticulously renovated. The family suite we stayed in, with our daughter who is studying in France, had 2 large bedrooms over looking the garden and river. Each had a king size bed with high thread count linens. The bathroom was beautiful with a nice shower. Each room also had robes and slippers. Our suite had a kitchenette as well as a sitting area with a sofa and chairs. The suites are about 20 minutes from old town Lyon. We took the bus each day which was very easy. There are also a wonderful boulangerie and cheese shop just a 5 minutes walk away. Bénédicte, the owner, was also very helpful. It is definitely a 5 star experience!

We had a short but wonderful stay in the Garden Suite. Calm and quiet, park-like atmosphere. Two bunnies in the garden came to visit us. Very comfortable, upscale accommodations with friendly hosts. Highly recommended! We would love to come back and stay longer!

This has been a very nice and memorable stay. Location, design, cleanliness, hospitality all are at the highest level. The garden with the peacocks, I can imagine myself with a cup of coffee enjoying Savone. Benedicte, the owner, was so helpful. Thank you for your efforts to make our stay comfortable. We would surely love to return.

An absolute must if visiting Lyon, which is well worth the visit. A charming host welcomes you to beautifully equipped suites situated in a most unusual and idyllic setting on a private island. The sumptuous gardens invite reflection, relaxation or simply let your mind wander. Although a modern kitchen is part of the arrangement, the local restaurants, recommended by your host, Bénédicte, are far too good to ignore. We stayed in the Family Suits which could easily accommodate two couples as each room was enormous! Very inspiring and admirable to see such dedication and commitment to an ancestral home. Would love to return on our next French road trip. Thank you Familie Marc
