Great location, vintage furniture, tasty breakfast! Can recommend

This was the second time I had stayed at the Grand Hotel des Terreaux. The hotel is in a central location in Lyon, and I like the style. The service was excellent, they speak English, and I loved the breakfast buffet. The room I stayed in was very nice but on the smaller side, typical for hotel rooms in France. The bed was very comfortable for me, and the room had air conditioning which is great as it can get quite warm in France. Wireless access was included, and fast and reliable. Overall an excellent hotel I can highly recommend.

Convenient location and good friendly service. Great pool, lacks a little sauna in the pool.

I liked the service. Great bar and delicious breakfast. The relaxation area on the ground floor is small, but it relieves fatigue well after walking around the city.

Everything was perfect, the staff, the rooms and the infrastructure, to recommend

Nice room Well located

Nice hotel, well located. But I had a room with the WC on the sink in the bathroom, difficult to sit there... room 208. For a 4 star it is very limited !!!

Great location, quiet and clean

Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean room. I’d book again without hesitation if going back to Lyon!

Good welcome at the reception. Fast check in. Nice confortable room. Hotel is well situated with lots of good bistros around.

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. We enjoyed the location which is very walkable.

The location is great, the condition of the hotel in general and rooms is not amazing, Very dated, it is like the 80s vibe but in a run down way, everything is old and especially the carpet and the wooden floor, you can hear the next door room when they walk or talk.

Everything was perfect The hotel is very nice We did not try the breakfast The pool is wonderful but could be warmer ( whirlpool) The rooms are spacious and clean. Ours would need refreshing soon

Very near to the metro station. Beautiful and clean room. Delicious breakfast . We were truly satisfied staying there.
