A family of three, the executive three-person room booked two days in advance, the standard room plus a sofa bed at the time of check-in, the most important thing is that there is no quilt and pillow on the sofa bed! And all the toiletries are for two people. After negotiating with the front desk, I said that I am embarrassed to clean up the mistakes. Then I found a circle and said that I was too embarrassed to be quilted. I can only use the spare blanket in the cabinet! We asked for two sheets to look for. The attitude of the younger brother is good, but it is helpless, and we are speechless. In addition, the room had a pungent taste of decoration (or the smell of carpet cleaner) and opened a night window. Experience the worst hotel on this trip!

We chose the hotel for our 3-day stay in Lyon as the location was close to the train station (5 minutes by tram to Liberté), and allowed easy transit and walking access to other popular spots in the city. The Junior Suite provided great views of the Fourvière Basilica (especially at night). The room was equipped with a small fridge that we used to chill our wine and treats. The neighbourhood was surprisingly quiet. We had a great time in Lyon, and would stay at this hotel again.

The Best Western St. Antoine, Lyon, is beautifully situated steps away from the pedestrian bridge to the old town and steps away from the multitude of good cafes on rue Merciere. Many museums and important sites are walkable. Although small, the hotel has been designed for customer comfort. Our room had a closet, desk, night tables, wonderful shower, tv with one English language channel, mini-bar fridge, and a very comfortable bed. The room was very clean. We don't always take breakfast in a hotel, but the breakfast here was fresh and varied, including a fresh fruit salad each morning offered in a well lit room. Lastly, staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. We would stay here again.
