Excellent location to explore Lynton and the wider North Devon coast. Lee House was extremely comfortable and Jacqui’s breakfast set us up for each day of exploring and walking. Our three day stay wasn’t long enough to see all the attractions or to explore all the local restaurants so we will return.

Another wonderful day at Lee house. Love the garden room, bed is so comfortable and lovely to have the garden area to sit in after a long days walk in the beautiful area. Fantastic breakfast choices and a beautiful place to stay. Great location in Lynton for restaurants and a choice of walks.

We had the most spacious bedroom that was cleaned to a very high standard every day. Being a man I obviously focussed on the quality of the breakfasts and they were exceptionally good. There was a great selection to choose from and everything was served up perfectly with a smile. The location on Lee Road is also perfect as it is such an easy comfortable stroll to all the amenities. Well worth a visit.

Lovely room, great breakfast and fabulous hosts. Parking at rear to avoid 2 hour limit on street parking. Some great walks in the area. We did Valley of Rocks, amazing views and friendly goats. Definitely worth a trip down to Lynmouth and the cliff train back is handy to avoid a massive climb

It was a lovely, clean, and welcoming stay. After a late dinner out, I returned to find cushions on the outdoor chairs and candles lit in the lounge. It was all very cozy and inviting. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of tea and coffee. Fresh fruit salad is a winner.

We had a lovely stay and great hosts very welcoming Lovely clean rooms and nicely decorated Centre of Lynton easy to get to the Cliff Railway and a we went to lovely restaurants near by Lovely breakfast in the morning I recommend this place to stay

This is a perfect guest house. A clean comfortable room and facilities with a very comfortable bed. The breakfasts were excellent in the range of food and its quality.. The guest house is most conveniently situated for nearby restaurants, cafes, the amazing cliff railway and delightful walks.
