Complete home from home; as a solo guest I was made to feel as one of the family and they have a wicked sense of humour. I was laughing from start to finish. Wide range of breakfast choice, order night before. It had the 3 C's, Comfy, calming and clean.

We have just spent a week in this fantastic B and B, Penny and Drew are the perfect hosts with lots of knowledge of places to visit. The breakfast is to die for and the rooms are very cosy, quiet and the beds are super comfy and everywhere is so clean and tidy. Cant wait to go back next year.

It has been completely refurbished since we were last here many years ago. It is now very well decorated, the owners are friendly and helpful, and there is a big breakfast room. There is a small car park for 2 cars at the back, but most of the time you can park in the road in front of the house.

Lovely guest house with a fantastic breakfast!! Would definitely recommend. Also call them direct to book as they have a number of different size rooms and you can choose the one you like. Lots of walks to go and and nearby restaurants so need to use the car.

Its a perfect place to stay, centrally located within the town just 5 to 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants, the owners are very nice, friendly & helpful people so much to choose from the breakfast menu and very generous, the rates are good, the rooms are perfect, clean, tidy and very comfortable beds, its a nice atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

My husband and I have just returned from our 2 night stay! What fantastic owners! From the moment we arrived we knew that we were in for a great stay. Penny and Drew were attentive, friendly and an all round great couple. The house decor is beautiful and has a real homely feel. The house is clean, fresh, and rooms are dressed immaculately. We were given recommendations of where to eat out, which were all great! From the local Cafe for a boozy cream tea to the newly opened Italian, everything is well recommended! Set right in the heart of the village, the house is situated perfectly to enjoy both Lynton and Lynmouth. Thank you both for such a lovely stay! We won't hesitate to book again in the future.

We really enjoyed our short break at the South View Guest House. Drew and Penny were very welcoming and gave us lots of good tips and recommendations to get the best out of our stay in Lynton. The guest house is conveniently located in the centre of the village and is a great location to explore North Devon. With stunning views and delicious breakfasts, we’d definitely recommend.

Such a lovely B&B. Great location and a beautiful house. Drew and Penny were so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast every morning was amazing, they use local fresh produce and do not cut any corners, it was nice as we could choose from a breakfast menu and could choose a time slot for the next morning after each breakfast. From the front garden gate all the way up to our room the house is impeccably clean. A really lovely stay and would love to re visit again someday. Thank you Drew and Penny
