Major compliments to Michelle at the front desk. She walked us to our room, offered to help get breakfast, which was upstairs, and handled a small plumbing issue in the room. She is an asset to your organization. We did not know that the hotel was a complex of apartments. We are grateful that Michelle assigned us a ground floor room. As seniors, carrying suitcases up stairs would not have been easy. The step up to the tub was very high. The concrete paths needed repair.

Limited food options, a bit dated and worn out facilities. Dingy breakfast area, poor choices. One of the least favourite Residence Inn places that I have stayed in.

NOT SO COMFORTABLE The service was great, and in a great location but the room had a few easily fixed problems that should have been taken care of before it was ready to use, found someones thong left under the desk, and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

My family, and I booked the 2 bedroom suite with a pull out couch, and everything was nice, and clean. The unit was very spacious, and comfortable. It featured 2 stories, 2 bedrooms, 1 and a half baths, a kitchenette and a living area. Breakfast is also included, so that was a plus. You can sleep 5-6 people easily. Definitely recommend.
