真的不錯，房間安靜，衞生搞得也很乾凈沒有異味，早餐在這個價位的酒店中算頂好的了，第二天還冒雨開車送我們到機場，最滿意的是不管是前台的服務員還是客房的保潔大姐態度真的熱情得不得了，感覺大家都很熱愛這份工作，老闆應該是很好的人，員工才會這個樣子，總之是我住過性價比最高的一個酒店

設施一看就比其他漢庭簡易一些，房間衞生還可以的，也還算隔音，前台服務人員態度也比較好~停車比較方便！早飯倒是一般~

房間設施比較完善高檔，衞生也比較乾淨舒適，服務態度細心周到，但是枕頭下面床單濕漉漉的影響了入住的體驗感，希望能在這方面繼續加強。。。

房間很乾凈，也還算比較隔音。最近這兩年出差都喜歡選擇漢庭，感覺住過的都還挺好的。來的時候不知道還可以接送機，走的時候工作人員還特意提醒了可以接送機，接送站，挺方便的。

非常感謝酒店所有工作人員的熱情、周到和温暖人心的服務。機場車站，車接車送，及時準確，耐心細緻！房間乾淨整潔，一塵不染。早餐豐盛，衞生又美味。時隔二十年，再來山西，通過酒店的服務，再次感受到山西人民的熱情與樸實，誠心誠意待人，守信守義待事，我相信這也是呂梁乃至山西最寶貴的財富。
