房間有點小，衞生間也很小，而且乾濕不分離，既然已經乾濕不分離了連一雙洗澡穿的拖鞋也沒有，那個一次性拖鞋也是重複利用的，洗澡那個水小的你就想罵人，加上空間很小真實不能忍，酒店地理位置還好，在加油站邊上，就是近期修路這條路全是灰。

這是一次非常不愉快的入住，本來是因為離車站比較近為了第二天早上趕火車 所以在相對距離近點的酒店裡選擇了一個看起來還不錯的，但是事實就是酒店環境非常差 一進去房間就有一股非常陳舊的味道 非常難聞 我打開空調以後空調聲音巨大還嘎吱嘎吱響，我一個人住所以有點害怕，但沒過一會兒更讓人害怕的事情出現了 床上突然多了一衹飛蟲 挺大的 在床上和枕頭上爬來爬去 我就給樓下前台打電話説想讓他們解決一下 然後前台的語氣特別沖 説他們下面沒人 沒辦法上來查看 説讓我下去給我拿一盤蚊香 我表示它不是蚊子 而是很大的蟲子蚊香沒有用 但是前台一直堅持並表示她也沒有辦法 還説沒有多餘的房間給我換 而且態度非常差 本怕蟲星人當時已經被嚇哭了 表示今天必須給我解決 她卻説她也怕她沒辦法解決 唯一的解決方式就是我下去拿一盤蚊香，我説我不要 我説是她們的服務有問題 我衹是提出合理訴求 然後她就罵我是不是有病，我當時真的非常生氣 就把電話掛斷了 然後過了一會兒他們還是沒有人來解決問題 我就給攜程的客服打了電話説我要退房 然後攜程的客服服務態度還是不錯的 表示會給前台和老闆打電話詢問情況 最後的結果是給我換了一個房間 但前面一堆事情真的讓人非常不舒服 那個前台的服務態度是我住那麼多酒店裡態度最差的沒有之一！

設施：設施真的很差，電視小的都沒法看，牀頭櫃都是壞的，洗手池竟然漏水，洗個臉漏的滿地都是水，腳都沒地站。
衞生：衞生條件一般，唯一就是酒店大堂看着好，其他地就差的不是半點。
環境：酒店環境和周圍環境一樣很差，2020年裝修的，都不敢相信。
服務：説到服務，我估計是我住過的酒店中最差的一次。
總結:真的不好，不推薦，沒有下一次了。你們好自為之吧。

房間雖然有點小 但是很齊全 可以語音控制 很乾凈 打掃阿姨很和善 前台服務很周到 早餐有點單調 但是免費的 也挺好

酒店在國道旁邊，倒是沒什麼噪音，隔壁學校鈴聲比較響。衞生間實在是太小了，洗臉池也小的憋屈，彎不下去腰。
