賓館地處鬧市區，有八樓九婁二個樓層，沒有獨立的酒店，而是租嘉潤國際廣場的房產改造而成。前台美女服務熱情，回答問題不厭其煩，值得點贊。房間安排在九樓，背街，晚上安靜，睡眠質量好。酒店房間面積各異，大小不同。但是一個人居住沒有侷促感。面積比較大，入住體驗良好。枕頭軟硬適中，被套床單乾淨無異味。衞生間乾濕分離，水量大，洗漱舒服。樓層保潔大姐勤快能幹，勞動付出較多。酒店新開業不久，衞生良好。唯一不足之處，早餐品種較少，遇到廣東團隊，根本沒有辦法吃飯。最後再去時，菜基本沒有了。

有地下停車場，白天車位較緊張，夜晚車位較空。這棟大樓裡邊幾乎沒有飯店，周圍飯店也比較少，雖然是市中心。房間還是比較舒服的。
