We stayed here after driving from the UK. We needed to hand over a truck to a friend but didn’t know exactly where or when we were meeting. The lady on reception (Iryna, I think) was amazingly welcoming, friendly and helpful in many ways. She was a real credit to the hotel. The rooms were spotless and lovely. The attached bar/restaurant was a great place to hang out. Would highly recommend the staff and the hotel.

We asked specifically for a double bed with our reservation, and the reception arrogantly told us that we specified two twin beds (we didn’t, I had the reservation confirmation printed out) so they didn’t give us such room. Definitely terrible customer service. Not recommended.

Everything was excellent except sound isolation, this was really quite a big minus. Also nobody could recommend us what to do with the parking as we went by car. Everything else was great;) We would stay here again next time we are in Lviv.

Really good hotel, clean, efficient staff and good Wi-fi. We had a superior room with a massive terrace on the 6th floor. Very good location! I cannot rate it high enough!! We really hope this hotel and staff can look forward to better days.
