The front desk lady checked in very quickly, the service was warm and thoughtful, the hotel room was clean and tidy, the decoration style was simple and atmospheric, and the breakfast was delivered to the room too intimate. 總體來説都特別滿意
①到酒店辦理入住，前台處理快。可能因為是跨年人太多了，房間緊張，當時入住的時候沒房間，小小等待了一下，不過前台的處理速度非常快，服務態度也好，不一會兒就弄好了
②拿到房卡在26樓，旁邊就有電梯可以坐上去。一打開酒店房門就被夜色吸引住了，窗外燈光閃爍，明明滅滅。房間還有一個小飄窗，平時吃飯追劇看美景，都不耽誤，體驗感直接拉滿
③酒店設施設備都齊全。吹風機拖鞋牙刷之類的都是有的，電視機還是小米的，觀看也特別流暢。櫃子裏還有一個小冰箱，夏天的時候冰點小酒，坐在飄窗上喝酒聊天都挺不錯的。衣櫃裏也有幾個衣架，挺不錯的，解決了平時洗了貼身衣物沒地方晾曬的問題。還有酒店的空調特別好用！！！作為一個常來瀘州的人，在此之前也住了很多酒店，大部分的酒店都是在牆上有一個小的東西去操作，但是！大部分酒店的空調開關都挺難評的，要不就是點半天點不了，調的也不是理想的那個温度風速，每次打開空調調東西，都要好幾分鐘，很費時間，真的挺崩潰的。這次我住的那個房間的空調開關，清晰明瞭，按鍵靈敏，不到十秒鐘就好了😭，我真的太開心了，一開就用，一關就停，風速温度也挺棒，跨年回來冷的發抖，打開空調一會兒就吹舒服了
④衞生問題也不錯。淋浴間挺大的，旁邊也擺放的有沐浴露洗髮水之類的，和洗漱的地方有玻璃隔開。唯一美中不足的是，洗澡的時候蹲下去搓腳，聞到了一股淡淡的臭味，不是很臭，一點點，猜測應該是下水道反臭了，平常也不臭的，聞不到。我也可以理解，因為下水道反臭很多地方都有，有時候自己家裡也會有一點。衞生間不是很影響，基本上是聞不到的，但是如果可以的話，還是希望酒店這邊能解決解決，要是遇上一些難纏的客户，投訴立馬就有了
⑤退房的時候前台服務也不錯
