我一般很少給別人差評，為什麼這個差評非給不可，先説一下
環境：環境就是在一棟寫字樓裏，走廊真的有一股味道，很臭的味道，但是可以忍受。
衞生：衞生馬馬虎虎，除了地漏哪裡有很多毛髮，這個能理解嘛
環境：不存在環境，就是寫字樓
服務：重點來了，服務，辦理入住的時候，前台，業務有可能不熟練，我把身份證給她登記，最後，就給我一張房卡，我着急上廁所，也就拿着房卡上去了，上去了至少有40分鐘，期間前台沒有告知我身份證的問題，前台留有我的電話的，然後我換上拖鞋就去洗漱，刷牙刷到一半，感覺腳是濕濕的，低頭一看，我的媽好多水，我以為是水管爆裂了，馬上給前台打電話，讓人來看，這時前台才告知我，我的身份證在前台，我説讓阿姨給我帶上來，她告訴我，阿姨在樓上，不方便下來，我明天退房的時候再下來拿，what **** ，我説，那請你讓阿姨儘快來房間處理，阿姨走進來一看，就説，這個不是水管爆裂，是水管沒有那麼長，接不下去，排水衹能排在地面，老闆兒來修都修不好，搞起什麼？意思就是拿有問題的房間給我？我説你們前台肯定是知道這個房間有問題的，為什麼開給我，她説，前台妹妹是新來的，可能不清楚，我忍了，我説那現在怎麼處理？前台説可以換房，她説，我衹能給你把房間水拖乾淨，你用水的時候不完開那麼大，開小一點，我當時實在不想在大半夜的去理論，去發火，就説那你把地處理好吧，然後果然去臟布草間抱了一兩張白色地巾來給我拖地，這是第三點震驚我的，哪怕是地巾，在客人眼皮底下可以用來拖地嗎？如果可以，在我看不見的地方，面巾，方巾用來幹嘛呢？這就是一個酒店的管理培訓嗎？果然夠專業。同時我早上退房的時候也向前台表達了我的不滿，得到的回覆，不好意思小姐姐，下次來我不給您開這個房間

這家酒店的體驗非常差勁！房間內衞生狀況不佳，地板上有污水。洗澡間也沒打掃，地上還有塑料紙片。服務態度也讓人極度不滿，服務員態度冷漠，沒有一絲歉意。總之，這次住宿經歷讓人非常失望，我不會向朋友們推薦這家酒店。

6月25日入住一覽高空酒店，連續住4天，22日提前通過平台電話溝通了酒店入住期間需要白天提供插線板使用，酒店答應了可以，入住後並沒有提供。28日離店當天14點左右，前台電話溝通退**宜，由於工作原因可能要延時退房，酒店回覆考慮我們是老顧客，免費給我們延到下午16點，退房的時候，酒店從按金裏還是扣除了延時費用。我在收到扣費訊息馬上給工作人員溝通，説的是正在申請會全額退回來的。結果今天30日還沒退回來，工作又以自己不是當班為由，讓給昨天當班工作人員我溝通，當班人員否認前一天溝通後免費的事情，扣了我們延時費。我不認可，今天當班工作人員又以沒有拿房卡到前台為由拒退，經我跟退房卡人員溝通，退房的人15點左右就送達前台，並未超時到16點。
本人是老顧客，對於酒店不遵守約定，拒不承認的做法，表示不贊同，後面入住的廣大網友，提前溝通好，一定留存好溝通證據。以免出現避雷雷同事件。
本人每次打電話溝通都是通過平台電話過去溝通的，可以平台調取錄音。
